Bartz Barbecue is a catering service that specializes in Texas Style BBQ. Our specialties are Briske We cook all out meat in a Central Texas Style of BBQ.
All meat is smoked over a combination of White Oak and Texas Post Oak. We only use Prime Beef for our Briskets. Most are seasoned in a basic salt and pepper rub.

Thanks to everyone that came out to yesterday for tacos. We will be at on Wednesday starting at 4PM. This week we are doing barbecue only. We will bring a lot to stay all night but I do recommend coming early to get the largest selection of meats.
