Dear Corporate and Regular Customer,

Chef Fitch wants you to celebrate the one special dad this coming Father's Day and you are cordially invited to participate in our very first RAFFLE!
The price is a fine dining, five course meal for six people with a $625.00 value at the elegant "Fitch's Bistro" it includes *Two bottles of Champagne or red wine, *Table decor, *Balloons, *Music and *Private personalized service from your host Chef Fitch and staff.
The menu is a very well thought out combination of flavors and textures:
Amuse Bouche: Surprice!
Appetizer: Mahi Mahi Ceviche.
Salad: Table Caesar.
Main Entree: 12 oz Prime Rib Eye Steak with demi glace and Lobster Tail with clarified butter sauce.
Dessert: Kahlua Flan and coffee.
In order to participate in the raffle and claim a number is by placing a catering order with a minimum of $350.00 from the subtotal starting April 28th through June 11th. There will be only 60 tickets available and there are no limits on the number of tickets you can claim for every $350.00 catering order. The number of tickets can accumulate on the same order for example, if your one order has a subtotal of $713.85 then you have the right to claim two tickets and so on.
The winner number will be the thirtieth drowned number. The drawing will be recorded and all 60 numbers will be opened one by one and shown to the video camera to show fairness and prevent any favoritisms. The YouTube video will be sent to you on June 12th.
