LEMO spends the day at Microsoft.

Our girls took an amazing day trip to the Microsoft Silicon Valley Campus where they toured the beautiful headquarters, enjoyed lunch at Creekside Cafe, designed in The Garage (Copilot + Sublimation Lab) and heard from an amazing career panel.

Our vision is shaped by the very pursuit of providing access and opportunity to student athletes, especially our girls to realize their greatest potential. Teaming up with Microsoft for this experience proved the power and impact of that. We would like to thank the Microsoft team for curating an incredible day that seamlessly aligned with our organization, our Beyond The Court initiative and our motivation to connect our girls to powerful female leaders.

What an incredible day it was on Monday, April 22, as we teed off for the first-ever LEMO Golf Tournament, co-hosted by Tom Brady Sr. and Galynn Brady! With 126 enthusiastic golfers hitting the greens, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish.

Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our participants and supporters, we are thrilled to announce that we raised an astounding $196,115! This incredible sum will go directly towards supporting our mission and empowering student-athletes to reach their fullest potential.

From the beautiful Stanford Golf Course to the heartfelt camaraderie shared among players, every moment of the tournament was filled with joy, laughter, and a shared commitment to making a difference. Together, we proved that when we come together for a common cause, there's no limit to what we can achieve.

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who contributed to the success of this event - from sponsors and donors to the LEMO team, our golf committee, and of course our wonderful hosts, Tom Brady Sr. and Galynn Brady. Your support means the world to us, and we couldn't have done it without you!!

Our Founders Mia Radeff and Kelsey Chad, seniors at Sacred Heart Prep, are not only passionate about volleyball, but how the sport has shaped them into who they are. “We hope to see you there!”

Encore is hosting a girls winter youth league! Winter League is for girls 4th-8th grade who are not ready or able to commit to a full club season but want to get a "taste" of club!

For female athletes (4th-8th grade) who are not ready to commit to a full club season, and want to “test the water”,  check out Winter League. This short season includes:

🏐 2 Pre-Tryout Clinics (1.5 hours each)
🏐 Placement Day (1.5 hours)
🏐 3 Tournaments (with WCVBA & MVVC)
🏐 2 Practices per Week (approx 10+ weeks)
🏐 Exclusive Encore Gear Package

Practice schedules will be in accordance with the team in which you are placed on at Placement Day, and is in consideration of the coach’s dedicated schedule. Please see potential practice days/times below.

• Monday/Friday: 4PM - 5:30PM
• Tuesday/Friday: 4PM - 5:30PM
• Thursday/Friday: 4PM - 4:30 PM

From our family to yours, we hope you all had a fantastic holiday filled with family, friends, food and fun! While we are in the holiday spirit, we wanted to flashback to our 2nd annual LEMO Christmas Tree Drive 🎅🎄

Thanks to the wonderful Reinosa family, who donated over 200 trees to our community, we were able to welcome families from all over the Bay Area, and spread some Christmas cheer! From creating masterpieces at the arts and crafts table to striking a pose with Santa at our photobooth, LEMO was a winter wonderland! We are forever grateful for this wonderful community and the Reinosa family for bringing Christmas spirit and changing lives! ❄️✨
