The ORANGE CHOCOLATE is back:

2 layers of fudgy flourless chocolate cake sandwiching a layer of our beloved spiced orange jam, topped with a thin layer of orange white chocolate cream and dark chocolate mousse. Take that whole thing, glaze it in dark chocolate glaze and then dip it in a spiced caramelized pecan white chocolate coating. That’s what you’ll get here.

Back today for a while 😁. It’s a great day for a dessert break. Just saying.

Also, house made marshmallows are back in stock should you choose to add some on to your hot chocolate, mocha, or other warm beverage.

As per our MO we have improved the calendar yet again in both flavors and design!

Inside there are 25 BonBons in 13 Different Flavors; Each one handcrafted to capture the essence of the holiday season.

New Lavender! As our 24/25 lineup starts coming out we’ll be posting from time to time.

Our new Lavender bonbon is only slightly altered in composition — we’ve changed up the chocolates we are using and done a little fine-tuning on the formulation. It’s just as delicious as it ever was and we are LOVING the new shape!

Available in all Mix & Match boxes in store and online!

Yep, we’ve done it again! This month’s menu is so fantastic we wanted to give you all another opportunity to come enjoy it!

Seatings Available at 11am and 1:30 pm — book now!

This month along with the next two will be jam-packed with the favorite items from the past 3 years of Tea at Bouchee plus a couple new things we are sure you’ll love. It’s going to be a lot of fun.

If you’re planning to come for tea in November and December with a large group I strongly recommend you book as soon as possible. We are already getting reservations well into November and early December.

Well, Ladies and Gents, in case you missed it in our story, DESSERTS ARE BACK! I’ve enjoyed the break from making these little guys, but now that they’re back it’s so hard for me to imagine how we didn’t have them!

As promised, they have returned! So, come pick up your favorites. We are going to start rotating this out a little more randomly rather than focusing on a dessert of the month. They’ll just change up from time to time and occasionally some new ones will appear.

And for concerned parties, GELATO IS STAYING. Our small display case is acting up at the moment but it should be fixed in the next couple of days and gelato cups will be back. In the meantime, we do have a limited amount of pints still available.

And, we are thinking about getting a merchandising freezer to put pints more available to grab and go as well as sell some frozen items like bake at home scones and such. What do you think?

Every time I complete something and think *oh goodie, I’ve finally completed everything I wanted to* i make it about a 3 days before I start planning a new project. 😂 🤦‍♀️

And, BTW we are open today as a bonus until 3:30pm! Happy Sunday!

Well, there are 5 Saturdays again this month which means we have Tea on Saturday!

We’ve had a few cancellations in the last week so if you tried to book earlier and couldn’t get a reservation try again! We currently have availability at 11am and 4pm.

It’s a delicious Mediterranean theme menu perfect for the end of summer!

Just a casual Saturday morning having my chocolate 3 ways 😂 it’s my first hot chocolate of the season on this perfectly beautiful 64 degree day!

Some suggestions of what would make your day fantastic:
Gelato with your morning coffee
A handful of bonbons (or maybe a refill of your box?)
A bottomless pot of tea and some sweet snacks

Just putting that out there for you all.

Another successful day of enrobing in the books! Don’t they just look gorgeous!? We’ve also made a fresh batch of salted butter caramels, and are working on some ganaches. Maybe you’ll get a cutting video tomorrow 🤔

Anyway, we are having a good week. Getting close to the time we start to prep seriously for the upcoming season. There are going to be a lot of things happening this winter and spring so I hope you’re starting to get excited to see what all is coming!

And also, for those of you who are still reading: holiday tea schedule is up to date on Open Table — you can book up to 4 months in advance so that means you can now book up into the second half of December! Make your reservations now before we start getting full, especially if you’re hoping to have a large party! We will be doing every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in November and December!

Well, it’s officially mid August and the temps are starting to come down. Which means, we are counting down the days before we begin ramping up production to prep for the holidays. So, what are we doing in the meantime?

Lots of Testing! We have some really fun new things coming your way soon. New shapes, new colors, new flavors, and lots of really delicious things.

And, we are also doing lots of deep cleaning, thoroughly washing and polishing hundreds of molds stocking up on cocoa butters, upgrading and ordering packaging, fine-tuning recipes, and basically just making sure we are totally ready to go.

Swing by and try some of our new tests! When you pick up your box or chocolates or gelato!

Remember we are open until 9pm on Fridays and Saturday now!

SUMMER HOURS: now open til 9pm on Friday and Saturday!

This is totally new for us and a trial period so hopefully you’ll all come for some evening gelato on Fridays and Saturdays! Hit up any of the numerous fantastic restaurants nearby and then pop over here for some chocolates and/or gelato! Or, you know, just come straight here.

Need a 🍷 or 🍾 🥂 to go with that dessert? No prob — we got that too!

Well, our AC is finally fixed. So what would be a better thing to do than come get a cup of gelato or some chocolate and an iced beverage and hang out in the shop for a bit?

It’s been a rough past few days for us having to deal with highly temperature sensitive products with no AC during a heatwave. It’s been some pretty sleepless nights, very early mornings in the shop running fans at the coolest part of the day, lots of sweat, and lots of schlepping around chocolates to try and save as much product and ingredients as possible.

Out of all of that though, I want to express my appreciation for all of our amazing guests and customers. From people buying extra chocolates because they just couldn’t bear to see them melted/wasted to the positive attitudes that our Tea guests had on Saturday despite the heat I am honestly so amazed by your support of my little business.

And I also want to thank Morgan, Taylor and Christie who worked with me for Tea on Saturday for their upbeat and positive attitudes and hard work all day running around in the shop. They took in stride and were simply amazing.

I know we won’t come out of this without a few scratches but on the whole you all have been so understanding and amazing that I’m truly in awe and so so appreciative.

We’ve Added a Tea Day!

Well, we have been booking up way in advance and I feel bad that so many of you will have to miss out on our amazing BBQ/Cookout themed Tea SO I have added an additional day with 2 seatings!

Don’t be thrown off by the theme. It is still very much a High Tea just with flavors and elements inspired by items you would see at a typical american outdoor food event. I personally am very excited about it. And SPOILER ALERT: it will be our very first time doing a savory scone! (Which is honestly something I’ve been wanting to do for a looooong time)

The menu is packed full of delicious flavors and summertime vibes and it’s definitely one you won’t want to miss out on so book now before our additional day fills up too!!

Ok folks it’s that time of the year. I am working on what changes to make to this beautiful lineup for next year. So, I need to know: which bonbons do you love? Which bonbons do you want to see next year?

I already have lots of ideas and I’ll be getting lots of new products to work with but I ALWAYS want to know what YOU want 😁 so feel free to message or comment!

GELATO IS HERE!! Wow!! I am so excited to finally share this new product with you!!

Gelato was always in the plan for the business but for a host of different reasons (including the addition of the High Tea which actually was not part of the original business plan) it has taken me this long to actually get it done. But yay!! We’ve finally done it!!

So, what we are starting with today:

Lemon Sorbet
Blueberry Cinnamon Sorbet
Salted Butter Caramel
Java Chip
Pistachio

I have many other flavors in my mind and plan to rotate them around constantly. Also, I have plans for other fun gelato related additions that will come soon too!

What better day to launch a Gelato program than what is said to be our first 90 degree day of the season?!

GELATO TESTING is underway! I hope you guys are ready for this because I must say…. im very excited and also surprised! This new product line is going to be SUPER FUN!
