At Breathe Bar we offer all treatments that help cleanse, detoxify, renew and beautify the body. Massage Therapy, Cryotherapy, detoxifying Sauna sessions, oxygen naps and relaxing scalp massages.
As the final day of Studio Yin approaches, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who supported the vision of a Yin based yoga studio.
I appreciate the members and the instructors more than words could express. I hope you all continue to live a life slower and more relaxed because of your time in our beautiful studio.

With much thought and consideration…I have decided to close Studio Yin effective May 31, 2024. Sometimes things just don’t work out as you expect and the hardest thing to do is accept that and close the chapter. The humans who have graced the studio, the instructors who put their time and energy into their classes will all be missed. Unfortunately the space didn’t lend itself to be a quiet sanctuary for most of the classes and the disruption to the peaceful environment just couldn’t be solved for. So we are here for one last month hoping you come in to enjoy the classes and the instructors.
To the members and instructors… I can’t thank you all enough for believing in my vision and supporting the effort. Knowing people like you grace this world, makes me believe in all things good. 🤍

A little about Justine…
Justine is a certified Integrative Mindfulness & Wellness Coach, Meditation and Yoga Teacher. She has her Master’s in Mind-Body Medicine. As a lifelong learner, Justine is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential by utilizing the wisdom of mind-body practices.
Justine became a yoga teacher and coach after years of practicing Yoga and Transcendental Meditation (TM) in hopes to share the wisdom and healing capabilities of these practices to help cleanse and stabilize the mind, body, and spirit.
We could not be more excited to welcome Justine and her practice to Studio Yin! Her class starts April 3rd. 🤍
Tuesday & Thursday @7:30am taught by Nette and Judy on alternating weeks. 🤍
This 60-minute class, Gentle Morning Flow, offers a yin-inspired flow that focuses on gentle movements to unite breath and energy flow. With long holds and slow dynamic movements, you will discover a deep state of relaxation and repair your cells and nervous system while fostering sustained focus and energy.
