This year we are partnering with for our first backpack drive!🎒 we are giving away 100 backpacks filled with school supplies to the youth during the event!

Yes, today is my actual birthday🤣
Thank you God for another year🙏🏾
Lessons that I’ve learned this past year:
1. No one is thinking about you the way you are thinking about you.
2. Overthinking is the enemy of progress. (I’ve gotten alot better with this but it’s still a working progress😅)
3. Exercising is the key to life of quality and longevity. (Move your body daily)
4. Fitness is a form of self love💜
5. STAND UP FOR YOURSELF. No one is going to advocate for you more than you advocate for yourself.
6. REST! Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.
7. Let go and let God. God can do a lot more with your surrender than you can with you your control.
8. Chop life, don’t let it chop you! (Go and conquer life!)

I was going back and forth on whether to do another a challenge before the year ends and you convinced me do it!💜🫶🏾💜
I woke up at 2am to put this together so yall better do this challenge!👀 JK🤣
Challenge Details:
Complete the exercise of the day in the format of the 12 days of Christmas song. 🎶
In other words, we are doing ADD ON ROUNDS 😃
Day 1: 1 minute plank
Day 2: 2 1min wall sit + 1min plank
Day 3: 3 30 sec V holds + 2 1minute wall sit + 1min plank
Day 4: 4 jump squats + 2 1minute wall sit + 1min plank
Day 5: 5 Push ups + 4 jump squats + 3 30 sec V holds + 2 1minute wall sit + 1min plank…
I think you get the idea at this point 😁
Try the movements as is and if need be MODIFY it! (Reach out to me if you have any questions)
