Representatives from Bozzuto Construction recently attended the annual Women in Construction Conference. With a theme of Rising Together, our associates engaged in sessions about AI, business development and government contracts, and our Director of Business Development, Caroline Sullivan, moderated a panel on "Empowering Partnerships On and Offsite." Events like these provide important leadership opportunities for our employees to network and connect with others in the industry.

Every October, Bozzuto is proud to support those who have been affected by breast cancer. Our employee resource group, Women@Bozzuto, coordinated participation in Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walks across our markets and hosted The Brem Foundation for a resource and information session with our associates. Together with our amazing partners, we will continue to raise awareness and share our support.

This fall, Rise by Bozzuto is working to combat food insecurity in our neighborhoods through our Cans for Change initiative. More than 240 Bozzuto communities are coming together with our corporate offices to collect canned goods to donate to local food banks and shelters. We look forward to connecting with our nonprofit partners and dropping off our donations during our upcoming volunteer outings.

President and CEO Toby Bozzuto enjoys nothing more than sitting down with associates across the country to hear directly from them and thank them for all they do. He was able to do just that this week when he visited our teams in Miami and West Palm Beach, Florida. He connected with close to 100 associates, celebrating their hard work and sharing his vision for strengthening our unique culture of kindness.

During National Hispanic Heritage Month, VIDA hosted exciting and insightful programming for our associates to connect and learn about the history and impact of the Latino and Hispanic culture. Last week, Bozzuto Management Company property and service managers gathered from across the country for our annual Leadership Conference where they could network, share best practices and celebrate their hard work and dedication. To honor the bravery and sacrifice of those who responded to the tragic events on 9/11, Rise by Bozzuto partnered with three employee resource groups, PACT, VETS and Young Professionals, to participate in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climbs organized by the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. It was an honor for associates in six of our markets to walk alongside firefighters and be a part of the experience. Thank you to all who climbed and donated.

Constructed by Bozzuto Construction in collaboration with Landmark Partners, SM+P Architects, ONYX Design and Consulting, LLC, Century Engineering, The Baltimore City Development Corporation and the Department of Housing & Community Development, Guardian House is a historic community designed to provide affordable housing to Baltimore City’s first responders. Congratulations to all involved in this project that serves as a model for urban renewal.

Alder at Allston Yards bridges Allston’s rich history to its vibrant, innovative future.
