Gabby brings 15 years of placemaking, public relations, and event management experience to KETTLER. Prior to joining our team, she led these operations in her role as Vice President of Marketing at Strategic Property Partners, where she oversaw the marketing and event management efforts of the Water Street Tampa brand. She is an adept, award-winning strategist in the planning, launching, and implementation of destination brands and placemaking.

Before her position as Vice President of Marketing, Gabby worked for five years as the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications with Strategic Property Partners. Here she developed marketing campaigns, event frameworks, and media communications strategies for both Water Street Tampa and Sparkman Wharf, two vibrant urban developments on the waterfront in Tampa.

As a part of our team, Gabby’s expertise will be focused on Gasworx, a multi-year project and a brand new submarket in Tampa, FL. She will spearhead awareness and marketing efforts for the Gasworx project in Tampa while further positioning the KETTLER brand in the market.

Gabby also holds a degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She is a native of Tampa, where she lives with her husband and two children.

Exciting times are ahead for Gasworx in Tampa, FL! 🌟

We're thrilled to announce that KETTLER, in partnership with Ybor City developer Darryl Shaw, has secured financing for our latest project in Gasworx. This new development will feature a 390-unit apartment building with 8,000 sq ft of retail space, set for completion in early 2026.

Gasworx is a visionary 5.9 million sq ft mixed-use community spanning 34 acres. This project will rise just south of La Unión, our first development in Gasworx, offering 317 luxury apartments and 2,500 sq ft of retail space.

We're dedicated to revitalizing historic Ybor City and creating a vibrant, walkable neighborhood. Stay tuned for more updates as we bring our ambitious vision to life! 🚀✨
