Under contract . . . Again! This happens sometimes when selling a property. In this case, the first buyer couldn’t get their financing cleared for closing. My client was incredibly generous by granting two extensions in hopes of getting to the closing table. In the end, the buyer terminated the contract and the seller received the earnest money and returned the property to the market to sell. In a very short period it went under contract again.
