It's Random Acts of Kindness Day!
Did you know that simple acts of kindness toward others can be healing for you?
Stress can have many negative impacts on your physical and mental health. Showing kindness to others, even in small ways, can not only be impactful to them, but also for yourself, in reducing that stress and promoting your own well-being.
Compliment someone. Buy a coffee for a classmate. Hold open the door for someone. Send a text to someone you know letting them know you're thinking of them. Acts of kindness do not have to be big to make a difference.
