We still have space in our final summer camp that starts Monday! Camp runs Monday - Friday from 9am to 12pm. Camp is great for beginners to more advanced students. Students will learn boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and wrestling. They will gain confidence, work out, and HAVE FUN!

Happy Independence Day! We are OPEN and will have all regularly scheduled classes on Wednesday and Friday.

On Thursday, July 4th, the gym is OPEN! We will have NO CLASSES! There will be a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Mat at 10am. Members are free to come work out on their own all day.

Join us for Martial Arts Summer Camps at Mezger Martial Arts! Camps are perfect for children ages 5 and up that are beginners to more advanced martial artists. Kids will learn boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu and self-defense basics plus HAVE FUN and get a great work out. All camps run 9am-12pm Monday- Friday.

Camps are $200 for non-members and $150 for current members at Mezger Martial Arts/Hidden Gym. Sign up for camp at www.hiddengym.net/kids-camp/
