This group is meant to provide support and be a space to talk openly about your experience with other folks who are in the same stage of life.

Exercise has been shown to improve pregnancy and birth for many. But changing bodies require modified movements.
In our Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor Training, youโll learn all about the physical and physiological changes that happen trimester by trimester; modifications to exercise to keep your pregnant and postpartum students safe & strong, and how to use these practices to alleviate perinatal concerns.
Youโll also learn the basics of teaching our unique fitness classes: Pre/Postnatal Pump & HIIT. In these classes, we combine all types of exercise WITH our perinatal knowledge to provide exercise classes that can fully support our students while still giving them a good sweat (which is, YES, totally okay in pregnancy ๐).

Pregnancy & postpartum is a time of many transitions and can bring with it experiences of anxiety, overwhelm, and uncertainty. This class, taught by a yoga teacher & LCSW, provides an opportunity to both learn more about the experiences of anxiety within pregnancy & postpartum as well as provides an opportunity to connect with others who are feeling similarly through sharing, breath, and movement.
