We always get the hards ones. 2011 Mustang blows fuse #13 to(fuel pump relay feed. There is a bulletin on this for shorted wiring under rear seat area wire being grounded. Nope we dont get the ez fix. After disassembling 1/4 car. Short was lead us to driverside near kick panel. Remove seal plate there it is a GPS unit the 12 ign. wire grounded. They had attached to a 12v switch source just happened to be going to fuel pump relay fuse. They cost customer $400.00 today

2010 traverse update
Found trouble- when someone installed a heatercore and reassembled the temp doors should be in a up position if not it will beunder a tab and will lock in cold position.
