Tomorrow night: intro/beginner level yoga class where I invite you to slow down with me on the mat, listen to the wisdom of your body, appreciate your present mobility, enjoy what your body can do, and let go of judgement & comparison.

Join us tomorrow for Mindfulness Meditation Monday at 6pm (aka MMM ;)) This is a beginner level class that offers a brief introduction to mindfulness, meditation, and mindfulness meditation! This yoga class theme reminds us that gently shifting our focus to our breath is the unsurpassable method to regulating our nervous system. Join us and offer yourselves an intentional respite from acute and chronic stress. See you tomorrow evening! ❤
