A new chair stretch class will begin at 9:15 am on Mondays at the Madison Community Center (7454 Old Canton Road) in April. Madison classes will be closed 4/1, but the Ridgeland OsteoStrong Monday 7:30 pm class will meet.

The 11:15 all levels yoga will NOT meet Monday, but the Yoga and Pilates class will meet at OsteoStrong at 7:30 pm. If you're new to yoga, come try our special $30 for 30 days at OsteoStrong. All ages are welcome at both locations and Seniors receive a discount at Madison Community Center.
