I experience letting go as a pathway to greater love, much like love itself. I cannot make it happen just because I want to. I can’t tell myself to Love, and love happens. I also cannot tell myself to let go and find that my mind is instantly free of its ruminations on the past.

But this is what I do know. Because God is Love, Life supports us in returning to love, in awakening to the highest truth of our being. We can’t free ourselves because we are already free. We can’t make ourselves love because we are already Love itself.
What can we do? Be willing. Willing to forgive, willing to love, willing to let go. When we are truly willing, Love reveals itself.”

A Reiki share is a great opportunity to come together with other Reiki practitioners and receive Reiki and give Reiki. This was one Reiki share at my home that allowed for both giving and receiving as well as discussing the experience with the practitioner. I love exploring all the healing that takes place physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually!

The 21 week training I’m receiving from the Chopra Life Coaching certification program is wonderful. Have about 2.5 more months and then pass the board exam!

Keynote on May 18th, Cultivating Sacred Space in a Chaotic World

This week I’ve been practice coaching/Helping peeps write their Life Purpose using Deepak Chopra archetypes and it is amazing!

I just wrapped up another Infinite Possibilities and Manifesting course with some amazing women! This last month we created vision boards using digital or poster or varied modalities. Some of us are already blown away with what we declared to the universe and it’s answers!!
