GUYS. This past weekend at our first Sip N’ Shop event just solidified further how much I LOVE this journey.

It was hot as hell but I still felt energized afterwards. Despite being pregnant and not able to actually indulge in any wine tasting while there, I met some really awesome people and got to chat about books! I mean, what could be better!?

I cooled off with an amazing iced vanilla latte from and also got a new ACOTAR tank top (bump approved!) from .maecollective! 😍 I also finally got to showcase our new collection of bookish extras from the wonderfully talented, .handmade!

We’re all in. We WILL be Rochester’s first romance only bookshop 💖

Man, sometimes trying to figure out what to post on social media is tough. So here are some shots from our pop up this past weekend. This was our first open air market and it was so fun to have more space to work with.

All I can think about when I’m at events is how much I CAN’T WAIT to have a brick & mortar shop.

We still have a ways to go and I’m truly multitasking right now between being a mom of (soon-to-be) 3 kids, working a full time day job (👎🏼), and being 6 months pregnant (😅). But DAMN I’ve never felt this passionate about something.

We are ✨manifesting✨ this energy and our goals for the shop:

📚1. We WILL have a brick & mortar shop in Rochester, NY in the near future.

📚2. We WILL be an all-inclusive/free of judgement/come-as-you-are space.

📚3. We WILL celebrate our community and its diversity.

📚4. We WILL stock any and all romance novels 😘 but especially ones written by local romance authors.
