"Discovering the truth of one's Being in the moment" What is Heartwork?
“In the heart of every problem lies its solution.
We spend enormous amounts of time and energy searching for answers outside ourselves, when the answers lie within. Heartwork is a simple, direct, powerful, yet gentle tool for opening fully to one’s life. Both a counseling approach and a way of living, Heartwork serves to resolve problems at their core, and to open the “heart of compassion.” Heartwork is a creative process, which teaches one to fi

We are not the things that we go through. We are the being that experiences these things.
One of our sources of suffering is that we try to push away anxiety, afraid of being afraid, instead of simply feeling what we are feeling.
What is on the way of you accepting and loving yourself all the way?
Can you live in peace with both inner and outer worlds, or is your spirituality leading you to bypass reality and your emotions?
Do you know who you are?
Fear often is what keeps us from having what we really, really want. What is fear keeping you from?
Are you in touch with your heart? Can you hear what it tells you?
The Soft-body Heartwork Meditation guides us through the process of finding the holdings in our body, and inquiring into them until we can understand and resolve the issue. You can find an audio for it on my website: link in Bio.
Often we live ‘heavy’ lives because the driver’s seat of our lives is taken by fear, anxiety, or false beliefs. When we let our soul guide us from within, life becomes light.
Practicing Heartwork is an effective way to deal with the things that stand in the way of living from your soul. Reach out if you would like to know more, or check our website – there is a link in the Bio.
What is keeping you from having the life you really, really want? What is keeping you from simply following your yearning?

What if, instead of encountering the things in our lives as obstacles between us and what we want, we encountered them as being on the way to them or even, the way to them? What if, instead of avoiding what we think we don’t want, we just accepted it and went through it?
We often identify with our thoughts, assuming they define who we are. If we are not our thoughts, who are we?
Many of us have been conditioned to hide our truth to please others, or not have to deal with another’s disappointment or anger/ withdrawal of love. Am I committed to honoring the truth or to protecting some identity that I’m attached to?
We are often afraid of fear. We get afraid of doing something, and then turn away to avoid the fear itself. An essential aspect of Heartwork is learning how to move through fear. We can feel the fear and still go forward, through the fear towards what we really, really want.
How much of your suffering comes from your beliefs?
What are the beliefs that filter your perception of the world?
Who do you see, when you see yourself?
Finding people with whom we can share the journey towards consciousness is precious. We evolve a lot more together.
What is it that you want? How do you take what you do have?
We can let the things that upset us run the show in our lives, or we can use them in our path towards healing.
Freeze frame is a practice in which we use the ‘upsets’ as maps to uncover our deeper issues. While these issues remain unconscious, they run the show. When we become conscious of them, we have a choice.

Our Story
What is Heartwork?
“In the heart of every problem lies its solution. We spend enormous amounts of time and energy searching for answers outside ourselves, when the answers lie within. Heartwork is a simple, direct, powerful, yet gentle tool for opening fully to one’s life. Heartwork serves to resolve problems at their core, and to open the “heart of compassion.” Heartwork is a creative process, which teaches one to find fundamental solutions to both everyday problems and the more difficult life questions, transforming “problems” into doorways to compassion, insight and joy.”
