Well, it's official. I am now an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) outreach teacher (part-time). I am not a OSHA inspector, but an instructor that will be teaching electrical safety, 10- and 30-hour classes. I will be working for Keene State University OSHA Training Institute Education Center. Here is a link to their website for upcoming classes. They also teach contractors at their facilities if they choose to do so.

New Hampshire license holders must complete the 15 Hour Code update prior to December 30, 2023 OR your license renewal date, whichever comes first.

Another project that we designed. Its for Franklin Regional Transportation Authority, located in Lower Turner Falls. Its a 28,000 square foot complex and the construction cost for this is around $9.8 million. The electrical contractor is M.L. Schmitt, out of Springfield, MA. regional

Here is a $1.2 million fire alarm upgrade and a new emergency generator (optional and life safety). Its for New Bedford Housing Authority's Hotel, a 112 unit apartment building in a historical building. That was Built in the early 1920's. The system is a Notifier 3030 with voice evacuation. The generator is Kohler, 150 kw diesel 120/208 volt, three phase, 4 wire. genset. The electrical contractor is LaVangie Electric, from Hanover, MA.

Just finishing up a project that JME had designed. It’s a 1,200 amp, 120/208 volt, three phase service to one of Fall River Housing Authorities many developments. This is one of two (2) phases that I worked on at Maple Gardens. The 1,200 amp service also fed 6 other buildings within the development. The electrical contractor on this project was Sparks Conpany, Inc. out of Little Compton, RI.

An EMERGENCY! TV Series public service announcement

Do NOT plug space heaters into power strips or extension cords.
Plug space heaters directly into the wall outlet.

Powers strips and extension cords are not designed to handle the high current flow required by a space heater and can overheat, causing a fire.
