Our schedule is a bit different this week. Open on Wednesday July 24, and Saturday July 27. Closed on Thursday and Friday for an off-site catering event.

This year for Valentine's Day we are letting YOU pick the menu. Any three items from our menu for $60 per person. Have 2 appetizers and an entree. Have 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 dessert. Have 3 entrees, it's entirely up to you. Make a reservation online or by calling the restaurant.

We will be open Friday and Saturday night, then we will be closed for Thanksgiving week so the staff can breathe and be with loved ones.

In true North Beacon Oyster fashion we quietly celebrated our 5 year anniversary a few days ago. We are not here without the support from our wonderful guests, and the hard work from the staff past and present. Thank you. Here's to 5 more!

We are rested and ready to get back to it.

It's cold, very cold. All the more reason to warm up with us tonight because it's Pho Friday again! Honestly, there is nothing better than a steaming bowl of noodle soup to take the chill off. Let Chefs and cook some of their killer Vietnamese inspired specials as well.

EXTRA EXTRA!
I was informed today that Chefs and are putting together a small tasting menu for Valentine's Day. We aren't open on Tuesday, but you can celebrate early with your favorite person on Saturday. We will post once we have this magical menu in hand (I heard they might be taking a trip to France for this one)
Our regular menu will be available as well.

Each week Chefs and try different things. We taste, we adjust, we learn, and we grow.
A couple highlights from the weekend:

* Vietnamese beef salad
* Lemongrass beef skewers

Next week's variation might look a bit different, but the flavors these guys are coming up with are crazy good and are almost guaranteed.

After you dig yourself out of the snow, come dig into some soul warming Vietnamese beef noodle soup. It's Pho Friday folks. Chefs and are also doing lemongrass beef skewers, and a Vietnamese inspired raw beef salad. If you like flavor in your food, then you'll like what they are working on.

Super excited to be featuring on our list now. It's been about a decade since I've eaten one, and they are still as delicious as I remember if not better.

Guess who's back, back again.
Starting this Friday, and every Friday through the winter. NBO will be slinging hot bowls of Pho to alleviate that winter chill(and boredom) Chefs and will be putting together a few Vietnamese style specials as well!
For now, this will be for in house dining only, and there will be limited quantities. Our regular menu will be available as well.
