March is . This month and beyond, choosing delicious and nutrient-rich foods is an important way to maintain good health.
Use these tips to get started: http://mh.care/ZmT150IjCxv
Tips for Choosing a Nutrient-Rich Diet Because nutrient-rich foods are familiar, easy to find and represent the five basic food groups, achieving balance and building a healthier diet can be simple and stress-free.
According to the CDC, eating a diet high in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, increasing physical activity, avoiding to***co and limiting alcohol consumption may all reduce cancer risk, but the most effective way to reduce your risk of developing colorectal cancer is to get screened regularly, beginning at age 45. That's because almost all colorectal cancers begin as precancerous polyps inside the colon or re**um. Regular screenings can find those precancerous polyps so they can be removed before they turn into cancer.
Be sure to talk to your primary care provider about what screenings are appropriate for you. For more information about colorectal cancer, please visit: http://mh.care/BuK450IiZZh
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness month. Do you know if you are at risk? Test your knowledge with the guide below and visit http://mh.care/ktLh50Iaqjb to learn more about getting screened.

While the variant is causing a surge of COVID-19 infections, we are seeing only a modest increase in the number of hospitalizations, and this week’s data shows a lower percentage of vaccinated patients in the ICU or on ventilators than the prior week.
