It is time for March highlights! 🦁
1. All In Day: On March 19-20, we had our 11th annual All In Day, where we challenged the Molloy community and beyond to give for 1,955 minutes. Thank you everyone for attending the kickoff event and for giving to the community!
2. Mock Mendhi: On March 7, the Molloy Muslim Student Association and the South Asian Student Association collaborated on their Mock Mendhi event. Thank you to everyone who attended!
3. On March 19, Molloy Student Government hosted Molloy’s Got Talent with a special guest, President Lentini!
4. Conversations with President Lentini: On March 3rd, Molloy Student Government hosted Conversations with President Lentini, where students had the opportunity to hear about campus updates from President Lentini. Thank you to everyone who attended!
5. HERstory Panel: On March 20th, Molloy hosted a panel of 6 women in leadership positions at their jobs, and they were asked questions about their experiences being in such a position of power as a woman.
6. Accepted Students Day: On March 3rd and March 23rd, we welcomed potential incoming students and their families to campus.
7. MPAC Cabaret: On March 22nd, MPAC had their Cabaret night. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported!
8. Like a Lion: On March 7th, the Student Counseling Center and Health Services departments celebrated merging into the Department of Health and Wellness. At this celebration, the Health and Wellness staff and admin spent time with students at Public Square Lobby enjoying music, donuts, fruit, coffee, tea, a community puzzle, and engaged in discussion about how we each protect our health!
9) On March 24, Molloy Student Government hosted their annual Easter Eggtravaganza. They have raised over $1,100 for the John Theissen Children’s Foundation. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported!
10) On March 2nd, Molloy Education Club hosted For Molloy, By Molloy, where educators from all over Long Island met with Molloy students. They discussed teaching practices, and life as an educator in New York.

Students had the opportunity to engage with President Lentini, and his Cabinet to discuss campus updates. A special thank you to President Lentini and his Cabinet for attending and answering questions!

2) On February 22nd, Molloy Student Government hosted their semesterly Academic Forum. This program gave Molloy students the opportunity to discuss updates from Academic Affairs and get their questions answered. pc: Rachel Sirico 📸
3) On February 8th, we Bouquets and Blockbusters where students got to build their own flower bouquet and watched 50 First Dates! pc: Kaitlyn VanEtten 📸
4) On February 12, our Nurse Practitioner students had their White Coat Ceremony in Hays Theater. Congratulations to our Lions on this incredible milestone! pc: Gianna Iovino 📸
5) On February 8th, Molloy Student Government collaborated with Public Safety and had the Campus Safety meeting, where Public Safety gave us updates on university safety and answered any questions students had about campus safety! pc: Kaitlyn VanEtten 📸
6) On February 7th, Molloy Student Involvement had their Lions Leadership Kickoff with special guest, Angela Zimmerman, Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Molloy University. She inspired our student leaders to give others a gracious space and continue to empower and inspire your community! pc: Anisa Bhatti 📸
7) On February 23, Molloy Student Government represented Molloy University as a delegation at Stony Brook among all Long Island Student Governments. Each student government president advocated for the need for an amendment of the Student Su***de Prevention Act. They also spoke with state representatives about the importance of the topic and the need for it on Long Island.
8) On February 23-26, Molloy Student Involvement and Molloy Student Government went to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the NACA Live Conference. The students left the conference feeling inspired and empowered to take on leadership roles!
9) On February 8, CSTEP/BCES had their Career Panel. Panelists across the health and medical fields answered questions and spoke on their experiences in the medical field. pc: Isabella Miraglia 📸

Last night, the Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing and Health Sciences had their White Coat Ceremony for our Nurse Practitioner students. Congratulations to our Lions on this great milestone. Next step: 4 semesters of clinicals! You got this! 🦁🥼👏🏽
January Highlights!
Commencement: On January 9th, we held our Winter Commencement in Madison Theatre and graduated over 300 Lions! 🦁🎓
Molloy Student Government Spring Conference: On January 27th, Molloy Student Government hosted their Spring Conference and swore in their new members. Congratulations to the new MSG members!
Footloose: On January 25th, Molloy Performing Arts Club (MPAC) had their opening night for their production of Footloose! Congratulations to the cast and crew for an unbelievable performance!
Experience El Salvador: On January 2nd a group of Molloy Students & Alumni travelled to La Union, El Salvador to run camps for children in the communities of Sol Naciente & Once. Throughout the camp, the children learn music, community service, art, and deepen their faith.
Boba Crawl and Ice Skating: Molloy Student Involvement hosted a Boba Crawl on January 27th. We went to three different boba tea places in the local Rockville Centre area and tried different boba! The following day, Molloy Student Involvement hosted an Ice Skating trip at Freeport Recreation Rink.
Welcome Week: On January 16th, Molloy Student Involvement welcomed our Lions back to campus. The week was filled with so many events and giveaways for Welcome Week! Some highlights from Welcome Week are the Crumbl Cookie Giveaway, the Involvement Fair, and the annual trip to Medieval Times!

The AR is open today from 7AM - 4PM and will be closed starting Thursday, December 21. They will reopen on January 15, 2024.
Starbucks is closed TODAY and will reopen on January 2, 2024. For the duration of the holiday break, they will be closed on the weekends. Regular hours resume on January 16, 2024.
Lastly, the Molloy shuttles will stop running after 10:30 PM today and will resume on January 16, 2024 at 7:00 AM.
