*Chickweed (Stellaria media) - Chickweed is wonderful for lung issues, for inflammation of the membranes, and bleeding of the lungs. Its medicinal actions are demulcent, emollient, nutritive, resolvent, pectoral, alterative, refrigerative, mucilaginous, and discutient.

They have extensive training, but they are human. When there are numerous attacks on them, they become hyper vigilant for a reason, they have become targets. When a police officer encounters any person... any person, whether at a traffic stop, a street confrontation, an arrest, whatever... that situation has the potential to become life threatening. You, Mr & Mrs/Miss Civilian, also have the responsibility of keeping the situation from getting out of control.

Many law enforcement officers are Veterans. They've been in service to this nation most of their lives, whether on the battlefield or protecting us here at home. They are the only thing that stands between us and anarchy in the streets.

In a remarkable new study, water extracts from the peels of mandarin oranges shrank colon tumors of mice by over 80% after 24 days and dramatically reduced inflammation markers (by up to 72%). It’s truly rare that botanical extracts have such powerful effects. Perhaps it’s because citrus peels contain all the same cancer-fighting flavonoids as the fruit (hesperidin, naringenin, narirtuin, eriocitrin…) but at far higher concentrations. Fortunately, according to observational studies, simply eating the fruit is enough: in Europe, people eating 3.5 servings of citrus weekly had 25% less risk for colon . Blackberries get their deep rich coloring from the powerful antioxidant C3G (cyanidin-3-glucoside). C3G is so highly toxic to human lung cancer cells (A549) that it was able to completely stop their growth in a test tube. When fed to mice with lung cancer, C3G reduced the growth of their tumors by 50% and suppressed the ability of those tumors to spread into surrounding tissues (invasion) by a stunning 87%. But does this work in people? According to a recent large observational study in Europe, risk decreased by 22% for every 25 grams of berries eaten daily. Most blue-colored are good sources of C3G, but blackberries are the richest—and have just 43 calories per 100-gram serving!
