Sign ups are still open for our fall term for teen strength and conditioning sessions. We have classes almost every day and the classes are suitable for all levels. Sign ups are open even after the 18th, but get set up now for our program that will help athletes improve at their sport or teach the fundamentals to any level of teenager.

Our teen strength and conditioning program develops children in 6th grade and above to be stronger, faster, and more powerful. All ability levels are welcome and sessions are split into small groups based on ability level. Sign up for a session with either 1x or 2x per week attendance.

Powerlifting is a sport that develops strength, power and mental fortitude. The competitive lifts of the squat, bench, and deadlift represent the barbell movements considered the most representative of overall strength. Starting Saturday 6/24 we will be running a powerlifting club. We have 3 different options for this program based around the training group that meets every Saturday at 10:30am for hands on training in the lifts.
1 Beginner - This program level includes one weekly personal training session, a powerlifting strength program, 24/7 open gym membership, and access to the training group. The cost is $199 per month.
2Intermediate - This program level includes 24/7 access open gym, access to the private training group, and an individualized training program.

Want to improve your ROW Game? Look no further, our 10-Week training program is designed to up your engine, improve your performance on the rower, and learn to be more efficient.
We will be educating you about points of performance (the catch, drive, release, etc.), how to use the monitor, rowing drills, breathwork, stroke rate, and damper settings.
You will meet 1x per week with Coach Matt and are encouraged to meet with others during the week to do your 2nd session/ bonus strength day. There will be testing in Weeks 1 and 10 with 8 weeks of progressive rowing sessions in between designed to improve your output and efficiency.
The 10-Week program runs from 6/24/23 – 9/2/23 and will cost $150 per member or $200 for non-members. Can’t make every session, or attend in person? Don't worry, the weekly sessions will be provided to you to do them on your own time when possible.

Speed and Agility program registration is now open! Our summer speed and agility training program for athletes ages 12-16 is a 2 day per week program for 60 minutes. Choose either Monday/Wednesday at 5:30pm or Monday/Wednesday 11am. These sessions will develop all athletes to be faster, more agile, more powerful, and use a number of training modalities to build strength and prevent injuries. This 6 week program runs from 7/10/23 to 8/17/23 and costs $299 for all 6 weeks and a teen nutrition plan. Register before 6/15 and receive 20% off! Message us for any questions or to sign up!
