Good morning from PCM. We would like to extend our gratitude to our staff for their diligence in fixing the damage caused by yesterday's pop-up storm and ensuring the safety of our boats. Some of our team, consisting of Chris Zaeske, Frank Rodriguez Christopher Incao, Colin Bennett, and Knox Weindorf who worked tirelessly until 1:20 am to assess any damage and ensure the boats were secure. We appreciate their dedication and commitment to PCM. Please ensure that all wakeboards and tubes are properly secured after use. We will keep you updated on any damage assessments.

FAQ Friday: How can you help our dockhands during fueling?

Make sure to turn off your boat before fueling, and if your boat has a blower, turn it on to aid in ventilation. For wake boats, opening both sides of the gas caps can also help with ventilation. Your cooperation ensures a safe and smooth experience for everyone!

1. Monitor Weather Reports: Always keep an eye on the weather forecast and heed any warnings or advisories.

2. Secure Your Vessel: Make sure your boat is securely moored or safely stored if you expect severe weather.

3. Remove Valuables: Take any valuable equipment or personal items off your boat to prevent damage or loss.

4. Emergency Kit: Keep an emergency kit on your boat, including items like life jackets, a first aid kit, water, and flashlights.

Your safety is our top priority. Remember, it’s better to be prepared and cautious during storms.

This FAQ Friday, we’re addressing a common concern: What do you do if you’re running low on gas and the marina is closed?

No need to worry! You can use our 24/7 Pay at the Pump service. Our outer pump, identifiable by its green top (not the one shown), operates just like any regular gas station pump and is available any time—day or night. This feature is perfect for those late nights or early morning adventures when you need a fill-up. Always keep this in mind to ensure your time on the water is hassle-free!

This FAQ Friday, we're addressing a common question: Why can't our boat rentals go under the Highway 12 bridge?

The area surrounding the bridge is shallow and filled with rock hazards, making navigation difficult and potentially hazardous. To protect our boats and ensure your safety, we restrict access to this area. This precaution helps prevent damage to the props and ensures your day on the lake is safe and enjoyable. Your safety is always our top priority!
