We hosted our Birthday tournament August 3rd and had 48 registered anglers. 21 states were represented!

Thank you to everyone who supported us by fishing and sharing the event! We had several donations from anglers who couldn’t fish, we appreciate that!

We raised a total of $764.06 thru registrations and big bass!

A lot of you who have been around for awhile knows the support that Nocqua Adventure Gear has given us with monetary and prize packages for our tournaments, Christmas programs and product for care packages. Along with that, they sent product to a deployed Unit and are raising funds for another unit.

Heidi, Billy and the entire team at NOCQUA have been a pleasure to work with.

They sent us several of these kits for winners of our Birthday tournament. The top 2 will each be receiving one of these!

3 weeks from tomorrow! This tournament is the most special to Socks and Cookies outside of our birthday tournament.

This weekend tournament allows us to honor Patriot Day and what it means. You can choose to fish either day. All proceeds go to our upcoming Christmas outreach for our Deployed Military.

It’s hard to believe 9/11 happened 23yrs ago. I know some have shared stories that 9/11 made you want to join the military or you were already active duty or a first responder and remember exactly where you were that morning.

We look a little different this year. However, we are excited to back in limited capacity to raise money for our Deployed Military this Christmas.

We are officially apart of the Blue Fox Gifts ID club!

We have been working with Patrick from Blue Fox Gifts. Doug King is who started it all. He took the honor and messaged Patrick in regards if he can add our very own ID card to the website and what can he do to support our organization and its mission.

Conversations were being held and little did we know, the proof for our ID card was already completed free of charge from Patrick and his team.

Patrick and his team will donate $3.50 back to our organization from each one sold. You heard it, while you are rocking out the new SAC tin tag for this upcoming tournament, $3.50 for each tag ordered will come back to us!

Good evening all,

I understand that we haven’t hosted any events this year ; however, It was recently posted that Socks and Cookies Presents: Kickin Bass 4 Troops might be hosting a few tournaments for 2024. Well, I am pleased to announce that we will be hosting 3 tournament events before the 2024 year is over. We have such a great team of ambassadors and supporters behind us and I want to let everyone know that this wouldn’t be happening if it wasn’t for the support! I know this is a busy time for us but how awesome would it be to fish in one of our tournaments again? Folks we are going live and it is happening! I hope this brings everyone joy on this beautiful Sunday and news that Socks and Cookies - SAC is still alive. Hope everyone has been doing well so stay tuned for more updates! LETS GO!!!

Hey all, we am reaching out to everyone I know for help. We have a Socks and Cookies Veteran that has had their VA benefits paused and has an upcoming treatment tomorrow that costs $600 out of pocket.

We are doing this fundraiser because he signed up to defend this country and we can’t ever do enough to show our thanks. Secondly, he’s a member of the Socks and Cookies family. We want to show our gratitude and help him out.

If you have anything to give, no amount is too small. We can write a tax receipt for anyone who donates.

All proceeds from this will be sent directly to the Veteran.

I know many of us miss the Socks and Cookies KB4T tournaments. If we were to host one or two tournaments in August and September, would there be interest?

If we did this, funds would go to pack out Christmas care packages this November.

There are a million things I could say about the last 76months. Little did I know…how fast 6yrs would go by. I am forever grateful to have been part of this journey. When I started Socks and Cookies, all I wanted was to give back to those who have made it so I can live free. The goal was to send Care Packages to our Deployed Service Members and to hopefully help inspire more people to honor our Service Members.

Over the last 6 years, we have accomplished some amazing things:

🤝Forming friendships all over the county due to Socks and Cookies

I wouldn’t change it for nothing….the best thing I’ll ever do in life will always be this. I know I missed things above, this was never about me. It was about our Service Members & their families.
