Path to Healing, LLC

Just 'finishing' my Winter of Mental Health. Which means, I'm still working on it! I feel I've done lots of processing and do ultimately feel lighter, but it's an ongoing job. On the outside looking in, I've been through a lot of changes (home, job(s), living, pets) just like everyone else - and it may have looked like I was fine, but I wasn't. And it was humbling to ask for help, but it has made a huge difference. I keep coming back to quotes I've read 'I'm just here to be truly helpful,' and 'this too shall pass.' And the 'there's nothing for it, Mr Frodo,' uttered by Samwise Gamgee (sp?) These things have helped me at dark times. I hope you're okay, folks.

Been thinking on how to best serve others, not sure if my website is even alive, nor how to fix it, if it isn't. Not sure about a lot of things, but still look to remain positive and go with the flow. Feel the things, let them go, and be present for the next and the next. Peace this Holy Week.
