A peak 👀 into our most recent Rise and Climb class!!!

Our Rise and Climb class is designed to provide children with a way to fulfill their need for physical activity while introducing them to the gymnastics center. This is a 45 minute free play class that requires adult participation. Kids will get to explore the gym with parents by their side for guidance and help. Children will get the opportunity to enjoy the trampolines, foam pit, a giant obstacle course built for tiny gymnasts, and much more! This class focuses on introducing your child to gymnastics, movement, and body awareness. The class also
provides a wonderful opportunity for social interaction. All classes end with songs and parachute time!

Did you know we have a freeplay style class for walking through 5 year olds? It’s called rise and climb! Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings from 9-9:45.
This is a great introduction for your toddlers/kids to get used to gymnastics and our facility!
