Marty and I have been working out for about 3 months , Marty refuses to give up on improving her health and increasing the knowledge to do so. It's so inspiring being part of something so important, I'm so proud of her and look forward to hearing all about her progress in the months to come! 😊

My favorite part of being a personal trainer is the amazing people I meet that come and unfortunately sometimes go.

Nick has a personal trainer in Taiwan and picked my services here. We enjoyed all our time together and learned a lot from each other. Sad to see him go but excited for the next person that comes my way.

This is Nick, Nick's favorite exercise is the bench press and shows great interest in growing his numbers on this lift. Nick did an amazing job on his bench press and put up some pretty impressive numbers today!
