We are heartbroken to share that our dear client has passed away, leaving behind her beloved 10-year-old Miniature Pinscher Chihuahua, Lacy. Lacy is an absolute sweetheart who adores both cats and dogs.

Regardless of age regular physical activity is one of the most important things people can do to improve their health. Moving more and sitting less have tremendous benefits for everyone.
But how much activity do older adults need? Keep in mind, older adults with chronic conditions should understand whether and how their conditions affect their ability to do regular physical activity safely. When older adults cannot do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity a week (for example, 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week) because of chronic conditions, or physical limitations they should be as physically active as their abilities and conditions allow.
