Well, DE-STAGING IS NOT MY FAVORITE! 😅😅 Managing the gates, the doors, the locks, the carts, the keys, all while rearranging the storage unit to put all the things back! I swear there are storage gremlins that knock things over and rearrange things at night!

All that said, it was still worth it to see that home come alive, and get sold within days. Later this afternoon, I get to see the feeling of relief on their faces, that this chapter is done.

Thankful for my sweet hubby who volunteered to stop what he was doing to drive and meet me at the storage unit to help unload! ❤

It's been a busy week! We closed two of these homes this week, and listed the other. Two of them were purchased by veterans, and one is a veteran seller, so I have definitely used my Military Relocation Professional (MRP is a real estate designation) skills over the last couple of months! Between repairs, appraisals, surveys and special loan conditions, it's super important to have a knowledgable professional on your side when you both MAKE or RECEIVE an offer with a VA loan. This knowledge allowed us to close ON TIME, and get wonderful deals for my clients. Not the best photo, but I have not mentioned on fb yet how excited I am to close this house next week. We've been through some hurdles and I did not want to jinx it before we made the last one. One of my absolute favorite things to do is to help a US Veteran buy a home. In the Austin market, it's not easy. Alot of competition from cash heavy people, and many sellers are not willing to accept a VA loan (out of unnecessary fear or ignorance), and if they do, it's because they've been on the market a long time. He's going to be so delighted to move from a one bedroom apartment to this wonderful suburban Austin home, very soon! 🇺🇸
