Back in 2018 we completed this expansion to Ahee Jewelers. The space is around 500 sqft and was looking at adding two new brands, Cartier and Patek Philippe.

This location is now under construction again for a more substantial expansion to include a new retail area, new lighting and an updated facade. The expansion will total up to 3300 sqft. Swipe to the last image to see the design and stay tuned for the final results!

We’re thrilled to announce our latest Downtown Detroit project, Nuevo Seoul, a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant set to open its doors Downtown this February. This project symbolizes a harmonious blend of diverse culinary arts and innovative architecture.

Grosse Pointe Woods Tot Lot is open! Chene-Trombley Park has recently reopened the gates to the new Tot Lot. A place where little ones with special needs and young toddlers have a place to play safely.

SVA was brought on board to design a master plan to include an updated welcoming entrance, new walking paths, up to date toilet facilities, toddler-friendly play equipment, a swing set, and a new picnic area for the public to enjoy and explore.

Construction began at the end of June 2023 and was complete by October 2023.

The month of December is a month of celebration. We at SVA are celebrating our favorite Accounting Manger, Odette Moore! While Odette is celebrating her 15th year at SVA!

In April 2022, construction completed on a MR-linac project at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. This highly technical project was an Elekta/Philips partnership that is the only MR/RT system that integrates a high-field MR scanner with an advanced linear accelerator to precisely target radiation doses while simultaneously capturing MR images. This technology allows clinicians to visualize tumors and the surrounding good tissue and adapt treatment accordingly in a precision-based environment.
