Meet the TEAM!
Introducing Nick, our talented bartender who’s been shaking things up for nearly 8 years now. For those who know him, it’s no surprise that his favorite spirit is Montenegro—so much so, he even named his dog Monte 🖤.
When he’s behind the bar at Juju, Nick’s go-to creation is the Desperado, a unique riff on the classic Naked & Famous cocktail. He thrives on crafting cocktails that reflect our guests’ preferences, often using a split base for a little extra flair 😜.
Nick has had the pleasure of working at some fantastic spots like Revival, Nixtaco, and Darling Aviary. Outside of bartending, his true passion is traveling. Send him anywhere in the world, and he’ll return with a book full of cocktail R&D.

After a long shift, Nick keeps it simple with his favorite after-work drink: bat and a ball, baby! His favorite saying? “Don’t let anyone else ruin your day. It’s YOUR day; ruin it yourself.”
One spirit you won’t catch him drinking is Rumplemintz—menthol just isn’t his thing. As for hidden gems in Sacramento, The Roost is his top pick—because it’s literally hidden.
