Andrew Gray will be appearing at SacAnime Summer!
Andrew Gray is an actor, humanitarian, producer, keynote speaker, with an adventurous spirit. With Native American and Mexican roots, this has given him a purpose to advocate for representation and inclusion through his work in media and entertainment. “When we share our history, we make we make history.”
Gray is known for playing "Troy", the red ranger on Power Rangers Mega Force and Power Rangers Super Mega Force. Other than playing the well known superhero, Andrew has spent his career on many different platforms such as television, film, stage, commercial, and print. Many of these projects have been viewed by audiences by Netflix, Amazon, Nickelodeon, and Discovery ID.
Most recently, Gray had a supporting lead role in the Danny Trejo film “American Underdog”. It is a mixed martial arts film and it is currently in the festival circuit.
In Gray's career he has worked with global leading brands such as Gucci, Dior, Adidas, Sony, and Tanqueray. Gray written, produced, and stared in, "Spilt Milk”, a short film with a gripping story that shows that anyone has a choice in being a victim or a survivor. The film won the 2021 VOFF (Viewster Online Film Fest) Official Selection, “Best Editor, ” and “Best Cinematography”. It was partnered with The Mental Health Foundation. Gray has worked with numerous charities in the past - Mental Health Foundation, Big Brother Big Sister Los Angeles, Kids Can Cosplay, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Run To Feed The Hungry, and Make A Wish to name a few. Gray is currently associated with the Christian missionary non-profit, Starts with One Today. Gray previously founded a public speaking empowerment program targeting youths and their parents called - Beyond The Cameras.
With a passion to educate, inspire, and entertain Gray founded The Superhero U which is a The Superhero U which is a community to help people discover, cultivate, and strengthen their superhero powers within and live a life full of confidence and courage.
Bill Morrison will be attending SacAnime Summer 2024.
Bill Morrison is best known for his work with The Simpsons and Futurama as Creative Director, writer, and artist at Matt Groening’s Bongo Comics.
He began his career as an illustrator, painting dozens of movie posters including many for Walt Disney Pictures, such as The Little Mermaid, Bambi, Peter Pan, Cinderella, and The Jungle Book.
When Matt Groening founded Bongo Comics, Bill was on board as art director and drew the very first Simpsons comic. He soon took on the role of Creative Director, editing Bongo’s entire output, and writing and drawing stories and covers.
In addition to his Bongo work, Bill has created thousands of Simpsons and Futurama drawings for T-shirts, video games, posters, toy packaging, books, calendars, limited edition prints, etc.
Bill also worked with Groening on early character designs for the Futurama TV series and served as series Art Director. And he recently worked as character designer and artist on Groening’s Netflix series, Disenchantment.
Most recently, Morrison created a graphic novel adaptation of The Beatles Yellow Submarine for Insight Editions, was Executive Editor of MAD Magazine, and is producing more merchandise art for The Simpsons.

Morgana Ignis will be attending SacAnime Summer 2024.
Morgana Ignis is an LA-born actress and personality, best known for playing an eclectic mix of characters in the Comedy, Science Fiction, Horror, and Fantasy genres. Outside acting, Morgana is an avid member of the anime and comic book fandom community, often modeling and attending conventions in cosplay, hosting panels, streaming on Twitch, and appearing in live D&D campaigns and pop culture related shows like “Um, Actually”.
An “incendiary actress” (Fangoria) with a wide dramatic and comedic range, whose performances have been called both “disturbing” and “a thing of beauty” (DreadCentral). Morgana can be seen as a variety of demonic villains in ‘Stan Against Evil’, in the Streamy Award Winning series ‘Bryce’, as Teeth in the critically acclaimed ‘Moon Garden’, as Claire Atlas in ‘Class Acts’, and can be heard as the voice of Sallie May in the hit animated series ‘Helluva Boss’.
She is currently set to star in the upcoming Nebula Original Film ‘Dracula’s Ex-Girlfriend’ opposite Abigail Thorn, scheduled for release later this year.
We here are deeply saddened by the announcement that Rachael Lillis, best known as the original English voice actor for Pokémon's Misty and Jessie, has died at the age of 46 after battling cancer.
We have been fortunate to host her a few times in the past and she was always a delightful presence who lit up the room when she was here.
We send love to her family, friends and fans. She will be missed.

Sparkle is an outgoing cosplayer from Sacramento, CA. She has a very enthusiastic and magnetic personality. Her expertise in creation is mixed with many factors, she enjoys working specifically with EVA foam and paints; but is also very talented with foam clay, needlework, wig manipulation, SFX makeup, prosthetics, large-scale props, and many other materials. The use of these skills has helped Sparkle create a collection of fantastic costumes and props over the years. She is an award-winning Cosplayer who has a natural gift for public speaking, stage presence, and entertainment.
You will find Sparkle on the Second Floor near the Masquerade Info table and Cosplay Gatherings balcony.

We have Brandon McKinney coming to SacAnime Summer!
Brandon McKinney is a storyboard artist and Director for television animation, a comic book artist and children’s book illustrator. He’s worked for Warner Bros., Hasbro Animation, Marvel Animation, Warp Graphics, Darby Pop Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Electronic Arts and Lucasfilm, among many other companies over his almost forty-year career.
Growing up, Brandon became enthralled by Spider-Man comics and the Star Wars films. Those propelled his desire to tell stories with pictures, and he started drawing every day. He got his first job in comics drawing ‘Legion X1’ for Silverwolf comics while he was still in high school. Brandon went on to draw Child’s Play, Godzilla and Elfquest comics, which he was a fan of since he started reading comics. In 1996 he got his dream job illustrating hundreds of scenes from Star Wars for the Big Little Book adaptations of the movies for Chronicle Books. In 1999, Brandon wrote and drew a 3 issue series called ‘Journeyman’ that was published by Image Comics. He got his first job doing TV animation storyboards that year for ‘Batman Beyond’, which launched a new chapter in Brandon’s career working in animation. He still kept a foot in the comic book world, drawing a Graphic novel based on the ‘Army of Two’ video game, the comedy/ action series ‘Doberman’ for Darby Pop as well as the new ‘Bruce Lee: The Dragon Rises’ comic book series. He is currently working on storyboards for television animation, on shows like Star Trek Lower Decks, Solar Opposites, as well as “Harley Quinn” and a new series “Kite Man: Hell Yeah” at Warner Bros. Animation.
He was raised in California where he attends many conventions in the San Francisco and Sacramento area. He is married to his wonderful wife Alethea and is the father of four kids who watch a few of the cartoons he’s worked on.
The very talented Jessica Fong is heading to SacAnime Summer!
Jessica Fong is a Bay Area illustrator who enjoys creating surreal work of things that lurk in our dreams and is drawn to personal stories, projects for a cause, and worlds that need a hand coming alive. She works on projects for games, tabletop, comics, books, and more. Jessica is the cover artist for the highly acclaimed and award-winning Poison Ivy from DC Comics, and contributes variant covers to a range of other comics such as Spirit World, One Bad Day: Catwoman, Duo, Conan the Barbarian, A Haunted Girl, The Hunger and the Dusk. Her work can also be found across Marvel Comics, Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering, Critical Role's Midst series, Fandom Inc, and more.

Laura Bailey is an award-winning Los Angeles-based voice actor known for her roles in animation and video games, as well as the massively popular hit show and media brand, Critical Role.
Critical Role has become one of the most popular storytelling and world building independent media companies in the world, and Laura plays a pivotal role within the company as a co-founder and primary cast member for the flagship show and executive producer of The Legend of Vox Machina animated series which will air exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
Laura got her start in video games nearly 20 years ago and has since gone on to become one of the most prolific voice actors in the industry today, having worked on hundreds of titles. Some of Laura’s notable roles include Abby in The Last of Us: Part II, Kait Diaz in the Gears of War franchise, Spartan Vale in the Halo franchise, Jaina Proudmoore in World of Warcraft, Fetch in the Infamous series, Supergirl in Injustice 2, Eltariel in Middle Earth: Shadow of War, The Boss in Saints Row 3 and 4, Catwoman in Batman: The Telltale Series, and Fiona in Telltale’s Tales from the Borderlands, among others.

Travis Willingham is a Los Angeles-based voice actor known for his extensive roles in animation and video games, as well as the massively popular hit show and media brand, Critical Role.

Marie Westbrook was born in the small mining town of Kellogg, Idaho, and was raised in Soda Springs ID, close to ‘Ligertown’, a collection of dilapidated shacks where a local eccentric kept wild ligers (and yes, in case you were wondering, Ligertown was the inspiration for the liger theme in Napoleon Dynamite which was set in nearby Preston). She was involved in dance and gymnastics from the age of seven, initially enrolling at Utah State University as a dance major, she changed gears and graduated with a degree in Physics/Chemistry Education. After waiting tables, and working as a physics TA and laser beam operator, she taught 8th Grade science for a year. Marie is also one of few Hollywood actresses who can list ‘professional treadmill tester’ on her resume.
Fans will recognize her as the voice of special grade cursed spirit Hanami in Jujutsu Kaisen, veteran Edgerunner Dorio in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Maria in Baki Hanma, Young Runway in Rogue Company, Sergean Jaxo in Star Wars: The Old Republic, Ikumi Unagiya in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, and characters in many other anime and video games.
