By popular request we have added our first Adult Baking Workshop! Book now to reserve your spot in our Cream Puff class on October 20th. Cost is $90 per participant. You'll learn to make choux pastry (pâte à choux) & pastry cream, then finish off your scrumptious cream puffs with chocolate and craquelin dips. This is a one night class, and bakers will take home their yummy treats at the end of the night.
