A new program coming to Custom Fitness.
Starting August 29th CF will now offer Youth Strength and Conditioning Sessions.
Athletes 8-12 years old
Tuesday / Thursday's
4 - 445pm
Our youth strength and conditioning program will be focused on helping our young athletes improve performance and build confidence on and off the field.
Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.
Youth Strength and Conditioning is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
Speed is a learned skill, and Custom Fitness is the place to learn!

The most Important thing when it comes to making a change... is MAKING TIME:
Decide how much time, realistically, you can spend on your workouts, and/or tasks today, and every day for the next 2 weeks. Even if it’s only 10 or 15 minutes a day, that’s a great start.
Get a calendar. This can be online (we like Google Calendar), on your smartphone, or plain old paper.
Look at your calendar. Preview the upcoming 2 weeks. What’s coming up for you?
Book time. For each day, set aside an appointment with yourself in advance to do a habit, and/or get in a workout.
Set reminders for that appointment — screen pop-ups, text messages, Post-it notes, nagging workout buddy, singing telegrams... whatever it takes to keep yourself on track and ready to deploy when necessary.
When the time comes (and hopefully your reminders will have warned you in advance), do the thing you promised you’d do.
