A fortress of a garbage enclosure we did for a Taco Bell. Not my usual wheelhouse but it was fun

Made some tank wall pe*******on welds today and they turned out super nice. I was very happy with them. I love when I get to weld. Especially this weld in general. It's my favorite weld to make.

DONE! Anything thinner than ¹/¹⁶" would have been alot more difficult. This was a fun challenge though. Great job by my welder too! I appreciate the opportunity to tackle this job!

Got the swing gate installed today and finished up the painting. I think it turned out pretty good

Just about done here at . We did the steam system, HLT piping, anchored the tanks, little transfer pups into the walk in, mounted the grain tube and a few other things. This was a super fun build really glad to be a part of it. Now hurry up and open so I can eat more pizza LOL

It's still super hot up here but at least I can walk around easier now. Almost have the base welded down then onto the guard rail.

It's super hot up here over these filler lines installing this platform. But at least I got some really nice AC!

Just about have this one wrapped up. It was alot of fun to do this build out. We did steam, glycol, air, co2, o2 systems and set all the tanks and equipment.

Cellar expansion is coming right along. Should have the first half piped in and back on today

Getting parts and tools staged to start this next job. Glycol expansion, a little of this, a little of that...it's gonna be a fun one!

So I just received my custom handmade phone case from . After my wallet I knew I couldn't wait to get something else made and if you know me I'm hard on my phones so this one was a no-brainer. I am so happy with the workmanship and how beautiful it came out!

We are getting down the the finish line. More brewery work after this so that's great!

I completely reworked a false bottom today. It was more physically than mentally challenging. I don't often say that but today i was right there. My neck has been out and I don't like to complain but it's Friday so f**k it. I barely fit in there! Lol All in all I got it done and the customer was happy and so was I. That's a rarity you have to be your biggest critic.

Installed a hose station today at the dairy.

Wrapping up the glycol runs. We re routed the glycol to the heat exchanger as per customer request. Hopefully our air compressor and our co2 tank show up soon

We got all the steam and condesate drops in. Waiting on some more boiler raiment to finish. Jumping to the hot liquor tank piping

We got the Auger motor mounted today along with some steam drops and a bunch of isos to finish steam and condesate on the brew system.

We have most of our glycol system done, and will be starting the steam tomorrow.

We hit the ground running on this job everything is going very well. Steam glycal compressed air CO 2 auger set all the tanks.

Everything is set. Chiller is in place. Boiler is going in later this week. Remaining parts are showing up next week and this show is on the road! I feel very blessed that I get to do what I do for a living

We love these speed squares. I love using them like this for frame work
