M3's largest project to date is the multi-phase UC Davis Hutchison-Quad Hot Water Conversion project, totaling over $40 million in work across all MEPU trades. ⬇️

Broken down into two major portions, [Hot Water Quad Loop Distribution Piping] and [Hot Water Building Conversions], the project supports the university’s mission to decrease campus reliance on natural gas and move closer to becoming carbon neutral by 2025. 🙌

Intern spotlight: Meet Nadeen 👷

Nadeen recently graduated from with a mechanical engineering degree. She has spent her summer interning alongside our mechanical team, gaining hands-on experience in the field. She has been a wonderful addition to the team!

Shoutout to all the women paving the way and breaking stereotypes in our historically male-dominated industry. 👷‍♀️👏 We are so lucky to have some of the very best (so many not pictured!) leading M3 on our mission to Lead the Evolution of Construction.

We are thrilled to announce Justin Tucker's promotion to M3 MEP's Director of Preconstruction!

Tucker has shown remarkable growth since joining M3 nearly 9 years ago. Transitioning from the field, Justin started as M3’s first-ever Trade Specialist, where he developed standards for modeling, detailing, spooling, and fabricating sheet metal ducts. His hard work and success led to his promotion to VDC Division Manager, where he drove significant growth across all three VDC trades. Under his leadership, the VDC Department has become a model of excellence, supported complex projects, and achieved the lowest turnover rate in the company, reflecting Tucker's strong leadership and connection with his team.

Outside his department, Tucker actively participates in the Roles & Responsibilities and Continuous Improvement committees, contributing to the company's core value of Continuous Improvement. He has earned a reputation for involvement, reliability, and quality, consistently delivering on his commitments with the highest standards.

In his new role, Tucker will be overseeing all phases of the Preconstruction component of the MEP Flywheel. His focus on proactive planning will ensure that M3 projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations. We are confident that Tucker's experience and leadership will ensure his success in this position, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of his proactive approach.

Meet Benjamin, M3 summer intern. 👷‍♂️

Benjamin is one of our local Sac State student interns. In addition to studying for his civil engineering degree, Benjamin also plays on the baseball club at Sac State.

We have already enjoyed working alongside Benjamin on multiple projects, and we look forward to his contributions yet to come.

We are so lucky to have Jorge interning with us this summer! Jorge is entering his 4th year at Sac State as a construction major. He's already been such a great addition to our mechanical team, and we look forward to watching him grow even more this summer. ☀️

Ben Buller, an M3 summer intern, is assisting in finalizing the redline drawings for the hot/cold water, compressed air, vacuum, and waste systems at CNU College of Dental Medicine before converting them into as-built drawings. He also supported the team by filling the waste drains and vents with water to check for leaks. 👀

M3 took a trip to San Francisco on Tuesday to host our booth at Bisnow's 2024 Northern California Industrial & Logistics Summit 🙌

Karson Heeter is one of the six interns on M3's team this summer.👷‍♂️🏗️
