Calling Dr. Mechanic...ok, no. It's not a stethoscope we improvised. It is an actual tool we use to hear what is going on with your vehicle. 🩺
It is called a cylinder stethoscope or engine stethoscope. It troubleshoots abnormal noises, including monitoring engines, bearings, motors, chassis, gearboxes, etc. It is designed to detect and locate sources of abnormal noise. 🚙👂

There are times when we have a little trouble with some bolts. When corroded or rusted, the head can snap right off, leaving the threaded portion stuck with no way to remove it. 🤔🔩
But...we have Kyle and his amazing skills at taming these stubborn bolts. 🙌
Occasionally, we see older vehicles with too much rust to be safe. This vehicle's frame is mostly rusted through and has no structural integrity left. In an accident, little will stop this vehicle from crumpling like a piece of paper. 🚗📄

Our customer brought their car to check out a scraping sound when braking. When looking at it, our Technician, Nate, found that the brakes were worn completely away, causing the components to grind against one another. 🤔😱
