February 4 is World Cancer Day.

Every year nearly 9.5 million people across the globe die from cancer, and millions more are affected by the deadly disease.

Together, with 1.7 million Relayers, Global Relay For Life is committed to saving and celebrating more lives.

Come join us for a night out with the ladies!!! This night is full of fun, great food, prizes and the best part... education on women's health!!! The Marshall Pennington County Relay for Life crew will be there with a table set up with information regarding the American Cancer Society and the local Relay for Life Event! Come visit us!

The Marshall Pennington County Relay for Life committee and teams are selling luminaries for the annual Marshall/Pennington County Relay for Life at the Pennington County Fairgrounds on Friday, June 7, 2019. If you are interested in purchasing one in memory of/or in honor of a loved one, of a friend, of a co-worker, or of a neighbor let any one of us know! Cost is $5/luminary.

The 2018 Marshall Pennington County Relay for Life Honorary Survivor speaker Marcheta "Marky" VandeStreek will be sharing her story of being a 3 time cancer survivor. Marky says "remember to live one day at a time and don't ever give up". Everyone is invited to come out and hear Marky's story of survival Friday June 8th at the fairgrounds in Warren, MN the event starts at 5:00pm-midnight, with open ceremony at 7:00pm!

We are excited for our 2nd year merge of the two Relay for Life events- Marshall and Pennington Counties. Relay for Life of Marshall Pennington Counties will be a fun filled event that gives two neighboring counties the chance to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and fight back against the disease. The event will include entertainment, a silent and live auction, food and games, touching ceremonies and stories of inspiration. There is something for everyone at Relay for Life!!! Join us Friday June 8th from 5 pm - midnight at the fairgrounds in Warren, MN! See you there!!!
