🎤😂 Don't miss Paul Farahvar at Laugh Camp Comedy Club this weekend, August 30 and 31! Chicago based Farahvar delights audiences with his unique, quick witted dry humor, centered on being an aging bachelor and former litigator. After becoming a staple on the Chicago Comedy Scene for years at his home club Laugh Factory, he began touring in 2016, first as a feature for headliners like Demetri Martin and Gary Gulman, and later as a headliner. With no manager or agent, he managed to build a following in multiple cities, even selling out rooms in Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Scottsdale and Tampa in the last year. When he is not headlining he travels with Dusty Slay and Bret Ernst as their hand picked feature. He was runner up in the Chicago Reader for Best Stand up Comedian in 2021 and was voted "Top 40 Up and Coming Comedians" in 2017. Prior to being a comedian, Farahvar was a trial litigator, earning the "Top 40 under 40" honor among judges and peers in Illinois. He hosted the award winning Podcast SINGLES ONLY! (SXSW 2020, Best Podcast 2021 (Chicago Reader) and was a regular guest host on WGN Radio. He played "Karam Haddad" on NBC's "Chicago Med" in 2017 and his Dry Bar special dropped in
April, 2023. His new special was filmed at Helium in Philadelphia in September and drops in 2024.

🎤 Don't miss Nate Abshire at Laugh Camp Comedy Club July 19th and 20th! Nate Abshire started performing comedy in 2009 to spite a girl who wouldn’t return his calls. The following year, he finished runner-up in the “Funniest Person in the Twin Cities” contest. In 2012 he ventured west and was a semifinalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition. In 2013 Nate performed at Laughfest in their “Best of the Midwest” contest finishing runner-up, and he was chosen to open for Mark Maron, Whitney Cummings, and The Sklar Brothers at various shows in Minneapolis. 🎤 See Reena Calm at Laugh Camp Comedy Club this weekend, July 12 and 13! Reena Calm is a pun-slinger who tours all over the country, living out of her tricked-out Prius. She started her particular brand of in Chicago and left on a mission to make people laugh in all 50 States. Nothing can stop her-just kidding there was a pandemic. She's happy to be vaxxed and back to work as a showbiz hobo, and the only woman in America living on the road full time as a professional stand up comedian. To start his career he co-starred in two independent films "Attack of the Killer Snow Cone Zombies" and "Joanie Loves Furbies". He did more films, some commercials and some theater but it wasn't enough, so he began his stand-up comedy career. Mark stands 6'7" weighs in at 350 technically a giant however he is very weak and a wimp. In his routines he weaves stories of his life as a bumbling jolly giant in his fast engaging story telling style. He has been compared to Louie Anderson. See Ronn Vigh at Laugh Camp Comedy Club April 26 and 27! Early in his career Ronn Vigh's brash attitude and acerbic wit earned him a comparison to a young Joan Rivers by the SF Weekly. It was certainly a fitting comparison as Ronn later became a writer for Rivers on her hit E! Television show "Fashion Police." Ronn regularly performs at comedy clubs, colleges and festivals across the nation. He also co-hosts the sports-comedy podcast, "Switching Teams: A Gay Dude & A Straight Dude Talk About Sports." His biggest accomplishment: Working briefly as a flight attendant and not attempting to smother any of his passengers with a pillow.
