We’re gonna do something a little different this spring: a coffee and donut pop-up! It’ll start next Saturday, April 27 and go through the next four Saturdays from 7:00 - 11:00. Why? Because Sweetland Orchard employee extraordinaire, Jessica Brooks, bought a coffee truck!!! And because we love making donuts, muffins, scones . . . and we think we might love making apple fritters too.

The first stop is Portugal with a steal-Encostas de Baiao vinho verde a light and easy appetizer crowd pleaser wine, then over to Austria with crisp white blend ideal for Easter feasts, down to Sicily with Terre Nerre’s high scoring Etna Rosso that’s peaking now flavor wise and finally the southern Rhone for a red blend from Domaine St Andeol that’s a match made in heaven for lamb.

No matter what you are doing for New Year’s, we have libations for your celebration! Sparkling wine, a sparkling wine and gin cocktail (French75 for the win), using a Norwegian gin, and the best aquavit you have ever tasted! If you are not drinking, or looking ahead to your Dry January, we’ve expanded our N/A options, and will have the Non #7 open. We have a special Thursday night tasting this week (12/14)! Tattersall Distilling will be sampling a variety of libations for your next holiday get together. Stop by and sample a premade cocktail in a can, a cherry liqueur and some whiskeys!

Come hungry! Tonight Mississippi Market is back with cheese samples for your holiday celebrations and we have the drinks to go with it. Whiskey and wine in fact! Stop in from 4-7pm and see for yourself how each side of this pairing makes the other one better.

A tour of Italy this Friday. 4-7 as usual. Left to right- a chiaretto rose made for holiday foods from north northeast Italy $19.99, down to Sicily for an organic white blend with a round nutty mouthfeel and citrusy finish $21.99, then there’s an aglianico from Basilicata. It’s very dry, medium to full body and earthy, plus it will warm you with southern italian sun $25.99, last is the Rosso Ulbach from De Vescovi in northeast Italy, trentino specifically. Dark, smooth and silky textured, your new favorite red wine. $25.99

This Friday,4-6 Sean from Lompian Wines will be sampling some fun wines. A sancerre, an organic orange wine, a red bordeaux and Ribera del duero. Come by and check them out!
