From start to finish it was truly the best experience I've ever had with a doctor and an office team combined. At first I was a little nervous because they were bilingual and I thought that I would have a hard time understanding that in the long run everything was fine. To be honest it was way better than fine his team was amazing every step of the way. Just recently my partner got a transfer out of state and when I let them know about the transfer they automatically turned into a concierge service and I already have a doctor lined up where I'm going in Iowa. They extended themselves to me anytime in the future that I might need them. Saying goodbye to them was a kind of like saying goodbye to a family member he wasn't the easiest thing to do but I know the move was good for us. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez and his team to anyone that is looking to do weight loss surgery in once an incredible support Network behind them. Having worked in the hotel industry my whole life and four and five diamond hotels and four and five star AAA rated I can just tell you that their service was similar. Hats off to Ramirez and his team!
