I am no longer eating desserts made with any kind of flour. Fresh fruits fresh ingredients gluten free only. Morning Routine of my Alkaline lifestyle. I do not call it a diet its a lifestyle because these changes are permanent changes to have balance and good health. So i started drinking celery juice. I am on day 2 of doing this. I have to tell you I can feel the toxins leave my body its the weirdest feeling ever. During this stage I do feel tired but its normal because the body is cleansing itself. This will pass once the toxins are mostly gone and the body is healed. After about 2 weeks. I will continue each day doing exactly the routine below because its a great start to my day just cleansing and getting my morning nutrition. I cannot eat early in the morning so I start off with my meal replacement antioxidant smoothie.

First thing in the morning
8oz of Celery Juice
strained.
I wait 45 minutes
8oz of Warm lemon Water
I wait 45 minutes
Then I drink my berry smoothie.
Then I drink cucumber water until lunch time.
I only drink like tea or lemonade at meal times. I make these myself so I can control the sugar.
About 45 minutes after dinner I drink 8oz of celery juice then lemon water 45 minutes before bed.

It is Monday April 6th I have decided to go back to a ayverdic pescatarian lifestyle again. I felt my best when I did not eat meat. I did this for 8 months I felt great. One thing I wasnt doing was taking in enough protien. For me because I will be working out every day I need to take in 130 to 150 grams of protien a day. I was only taking in a quarter of that. So I had to go back to eating meat again to bring my protein up quickly. But now I know what I need to do. So back to Pescatarian lifestyle. Pescatarian's only eat fish seafood, fruits vegtables whole grains no animal products so only non dairy sources for milk cheese etc. I do eat fetta cheese goat cheese but thats it. So today I created a meal replacement high protein smoothie I need to lose 50 pounds by july 1 that's the goal I set for myself. I am always on the go meal replacements for me for the next 8 weeks. I will be doing these for breakfast and dinner will be eating a healthy whole foods lunch I can have as much fruits and vegtables I want. So this smoothie I created gives me 45 grams of protien. So 2 of these a day gives me 90 grams of the 150 I need.The ingredients are in the pictures below with all the benefits of the smoothie. I use two different plant protiens I use a full scoop of the meal replacement and a half a scoop of the h**p.

Lots of nutrition and health benefits in this smoothie. I do not add sugar I always put a banana in my smoothies because it has natural sugars in it.

Starting back on my alkaline Pescatarian lifestyle. This Mornings Breakfast.Crab Avacado Toast with lemon water. I have attached health benefits for each ingredient lots of information. I do take some vitamin supplements but one of the things I try to teach in nutrition is how to get most of your vitamins from food. If you are deficienct in vitamins then yes definitely take supplements to replace your deficiency but if your healthy and not deficient if your eating the right foods with the right nutrients you do not have to take supplements you can get your nutrients from food. Food is medicine to prevent disease eating the right foods is your prevention.

I started taking these B vitamins 4 days ago.This life change has totally changed my life. For the last 10 years transitioning from my 30s to my 40s I started becoming deficienct in certain things. I felt sluggish run down depressed at times anxiety out of control. The last four days I have felt completely normal again. This brand is all food and plant based. Yay my tea box arrived today. My husband Lee Sauvage gave me my believe teacup for christmas. Has this scripture from Bible

Then I found this beautiful teapot for steaping that matches it. That goes along with my whistling tea kettle my dear friend Kimberly Blakegave me years ago. I believe wholeheartedly in holistic medicine and whole foods to prevent disease to heal the body I love yogi tea it is all natural and organic each tea bag has a positive message on it. Steaping tea in a pot is the best way to get the benefits of medicinal herbal teas. I'm just waiting on my herb infuser to make my detox tinctures with spices and herbs for overall healing and wellness. My medicine cabinet is complete.

We are cleansing this week. To restore our digestive tract and balance.

30 minutes before breakfast
2 ounces of Aloe the aloe 20 ounces 4 times a day no more than 8 ounces beware do this on a weekend when you first start by the 3rd day you should be fine. this aloe shown is the best I have found taste is ok and its soothing to the digestive tract.
On this cleanse no dairy gluten salt sugar of any kind.
Low sugar fruits apples oranges strawberries melon etc no tropical fruits they hold the most sugar.

No bread no carbs no red meat no pork. lean meats turky chicken fish no shrimp or shellfish. Salmon and white fish flounder cod snapper is best.

You can have eggs no cereals no oatmeal grits cream of wheat at all.

No alcohol

Lots of water you can have tea or coffee black or you can add raw organic Honey.

This cleanse will last for 4 days then it will continue for 14 days but making changes after 4 days. Tune in each day. For progress and up dates.

Remember lots of water and exercise Happy Cleansing.

A powerful way to boost and start your day.H**p Protien and collagen coffee.

Soo I am trying to find ways to add more protein in my diet. So for the last month I have been drinking 1 cup of cofee in the morning. Since I have I have been losing weight. I wasn't trying to but when I started losing weight I researched and yes 1 cup of cofee will help you lose weight I do not put sugar in mine just a little almond creamer. So this morning I added my h**p protien and my collagen powder to my cofee and I must say it is amazing. There is a certain way to make it I have listed below. There is a article about drinking h**p cofee thst gives you all the benefits of coffee and h**p together in the morning. I will follow up after two weeks to let you know how I feel and how this h**p cofee is helping me.
All the ingredients I use are gluten,dairy free and organic.

In a cofee cup mix the protien powder how ever much your brand calls for.
1 scoop of collagen
I use about 1 ounce of creamer. Mix these ingredients together first in a blender or just stir. Then slow pour your cofee in and mix at the same time you can do this as a smoothie or over ice as well just mix all the ingredients together first then make your smoothie with it.

So I was tired of spending 2.00 a day for cofee when I could just buy my own. This cofee is natural and organic I love the taste its light and easy on the stomach however I only used 1 tablespoon as it calls for I think I'm going to try a tablespoon and a half I like the bitter taste of cofee. Then since I'm making changes to keep my digestive track healthy I used pumpkin spice almond creamer it's very light and flavorful. Because I have a kurig I bought the little filter because K cups are expensive so I spent 8.00 dollars I only drink 1 cup in the morning this will last me a month 4 weeks so at 2.00 a day that's 56.00 a month on coffee verses 8.00 I didnt relize I was spending that much on just cofee so not only am I making positive health changes. I am making positive finance changes just wanted to share. Sometimes we dont relise how much we spend on just the little things because its convenient. Happy Thursday have a Blessed Day 🙂☕💰

Hi Guys I know it's been a while. I wanted to share some healthy recipes with you especially if you have digestive issues. I am going pescatarian again. I do not have a gallon bladder it's hard for me to digest certain things. The only meat I will be eating is hormone free bacon and hormone free eggs. The recipe below is pretty much what I eat for breakfast every day. The pictures will give you a break down of the health benefits of this meal.

I have my warm lemon water 1 hour before breakfast.

Breakfast
Avacado Onion Bagle with
Bacon/Fetta and a few tomatos on the side.

Mid Morning Snack 2 hours after breakfast protien shake.
You can make this to suit your needs for me because of my accident I get alot of inflammation since I'm not eating meat I have alot of healing ingredients along with extra fruit and vegetables. See pictures below for all the health benefits of the first 2 meals of the day.

My protien shake consist of
H**p protien
Neo Cell Collagen for disc repair and bone building.
Moringa powder with vegetables for detoxification.
Aloe for digestion
Then I use motts sensible juice 1/2 cup
1/2 cup of silk protien almond cashew milk.

Spinach and fruit

I also put flax in my shake
This shake gives me about 25 grams of protien.

You can make your shake according to what your body needs.

Tonight had slow cooked bbq braised chicken with balsamic Brussels and mashed cauliflower it was good I made the gravy with chic pea flour I love the chic pea flour for cooking it has an amazing taste and healthy and it's not that expensive

Hi guys it's been a while still making positive changes. I am no longer eating meat. Except for Bacon and Eggs. It's been a struggle getting protien. But I found out that lean bacon is a actually good for you. This was breakfast this morning it was very filling.

1 onion bagel toasted with avocado
1 hard boiled egg
2 pieces of bacon
Lots of protein and healthy fats. Loved this breakfast change.

Good Morning Everyone This is day 2 of my 8 week journey of reversing ovarian cyst disease and cancer prevention. Yester days lunch and dinner was
Lunch Bean Soup
Dinner Herbed Salmon with potatoes and carrots.

Todays Encouragement is preserving our bodies God gives us 1 body its our job to care for our bodies mentally physically and spritually they all go hand and hand with each other. To live a good quality of life stay focused and prevent disease.
Scripture to meditate on for today is
1 Corinthians 19-20
19 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

Menu for today

Tumeric Ginger Detox 1 hour before breakfast to cleanse the body of toxins.

Breakfast : 1 hard-boiled egg 1 slice of pineapple. 1/2 cup of potatoes sauted in olive oil. Water.

Mid Morning Snack: Berry Smoothie rasberry blueberry strawberry banana with 8 0z of almond milk. You can add greens if you like i use moringa in mine its a healing herb for the body the one i use has veggies in it as well its a powder.

Lunch: Beet Arugula salad with carrots celery cucumber mandarin oranges. Topped with lemon and olive oil.

Mid afternoon snack : 2 celery sticks with all natural no preservatives peanut butter.

Dinner : Mussels Marinera over zuccini noodles

1 hour before bed tumeric detox. To cleanse the liver and body from toxins.

I have to drink lots of water through out the day so i drink cucumber pineapple water. With mint leaves homade lemonade with only 6 grams of sugar or green tea occasionally. Its important to keep everything fresh and organic no canned or preserved foods no high fructose corn syrup. These are definitely toxic to disease especially cancers so to prevent disease turning cancerous this is so important.

Ok Family its been a while since ive posted my life has been super crazee. But I am in a position now with my health I have no choice but to completely detox my body mind and spirit become renewed to a new lifestyle I eat healthy for the most part but we all have our moments of weakness. I have a 5cm cyst on my o***y i have 8 weeks to try to shrink this thing to avoid surgery. I am a high risk for surgery due to a clotting disorder. So I really have to stay focused and stick to a strict holistic pecatarian diet.I will be sharing this journey with you of the changes I will be going through over the next 8 weeks hopefully the cyst will be gone. This life chage I plan on continuing after the 8 weeks to stay healthy and prevent any more cyst as a cancer prevention as well. So far today I had my detox before i ate or drink anything. Which is i 6oz teacup or lemon water frsh ginger about a quarter size piece 4 cloves of garlic teaspoon of tumeric and a dash of black people so I will absorb the turmeric i heat that on the stove to a boil simmer for 5 minutes. Then for breakfast I had my smoothie which consists of 1/2 cup of fresh beets half of a small apple 1/2 cup of carrots and celery I put 4 ounces of v8 juice in it I will be switching to organic 🍅 juice instead with low sugar and sodium. This beet smoothie does not taste great but it is a great immune booster and is good for the liver. I had pinaple slices and a pickled egg in beat juice and apple cider vinegar and yes its good and a small cube of pepperjack cheese. Food
Tumeric Detox 1 hour after breakfast 1 hour before bed
Breakfast
Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
4 multigrain sandwich thins
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
4 eggs
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
1 medium tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
4 tablespoons reduced-fat feta cheese
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Split sandwich thins; brush cut sides with 2 teaspoons of the olive oil. Place on baking sheet; toast in oven about 5 minutes or until edges are light brown and crisp.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat the remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil and the rosemary over medium-high heat. Break eggs, one at a time, into skillet. Cook about 1 minute or until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Break yolks with spatula. Flip eggs; cook on other side until done. Remove from heat.
Place the bottom halves of the toasted sandwich thins on four serving plates. Divide spinach among sandwich thins on plates. Top each with two of the tomato slices, an egg, and 1 tablespoon of the feta cheese. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Top with the remaining sandwich thin halves.

You can eat this on a lettuce wrap for no carbs.

Snack Protien smoothie

Lunch
Maryland Shrimp Salad lettuce wrap

1 lb shrimp, steamed and peeled (I have the Seafood Department steam and season for me)
⅓ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir together celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice, and Old Bay.
Cut shrimp in half if large. You can chop if you like smaller pieces, but I like chunks.
Stir in shrimp.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Snack
1/4 cup of almonds and a piece of fruit of your choice.

Dinner
Tomato Risotto
Recipe is attached as a picture.

Fitness
Walk or swim 30 to 40 minutes or your regular exercise program.

Focus Today we are focusing on trust. Trust in God and trust in ourselves. As we go through life situations arise that we do not quite understand. We as people worry and stress instead of trusting God and trusting ourselves to hear Gods direction. We always try to figure out Gods plan instead we just need to trust and rest in Him that He is working it out while He does we need to go on about our day and wait for instructions of what we are supposed to do in the situation. We tend to say we trust God but then still worry ourselves lose ourself to the situation thats not what God wants. He wants us to be happy and have joy regardless because He is taking us through what we are going through for a reason. So thats where we go to His word seek Him then trust Him in working it out and Trust ourselves to keep His joy and wait fir instructions.

Friends Lets find a friend to pray with or pray for today. Put our focus on someone else today. While God is working out His plan for us.

16 But I say, walk habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the [a]sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts]. 17 For the sinful nature has its desire which is opposed to the Spirit, and the [desire of the] Spirit opposes the [b]sinful nature; for these [two, the sinful nature and the Spirit] are in direct opposition to each other [continually in conflict], so that you [as believers] do not [always] do whatever [good things] you want to do. 18 But if you are guided and led by the Spirit, you are not subject to the Law. 19 Now the practices of the [c]sinful nature are clearly evident: they are sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality (total irresponsibility, lack of self-control), 20 [d]idolatry, [e]sorcery, hostility, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions [that promote heresies], 21 envy, drunkenness, riotous behavior, and other things like these. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the [f]sinful nature together with its passions and appetites.

Food
Tumeric Detox 1 hour before breakfast 1 hour before bed.

Breakfast 2 eggs veggie omlett

Snack Fruit Protien Shake

Lunch salad with 1/4 cup of almonds or you can add lean chicken or turky.
Light balsalmic dressing.

Snack: cheese slices grapes or apple

Dinner: veggie chili you can add ground turkey for meat

Fitness 30 to 40 minute power walk or regular exercise plan.

Focus: lets focus on our sinful nature our flesh verses spirit. In order to stay balanced in all we do and to be prosperous. We have to self check ourselves daily. Are we following the example of God in every area of our life. Are we eating the right things are we speaking the right things the right way are we setting good examples for our family our children those around us. Are we being diligent in our relationship with God communicating with Him seeking His direction. Is my flesh under subjection so I can allow the spirit to lead and guide my every action my every word. Self control and having the right spirit in all we do is the key to becoming the person you want to be and God needs you to be it starts with doing a daily self check to make sure our mind.body and spirit is in alignment with who we want to be are we representing God the way we should.

Friends try to gather some friends together whether its at lunch on your job. Or just an evening get together go around the room have each person tell each other 1 thing they love about themselves 1 thing they dislike this will help us get stsrted on doing a daily self check. Sometimes its easier to do this with others and helps us to mske us feel more comfortable in recognizing our faults and the support of friends to make changes in ourselves daily.

Food
Tumeric Detox 1 hour before breakfast and 1 hour before bed.

Breakfast: Protien fruit smoothie

Snack: hard boiled egg with peace of fruit

Lunch veggie and cheese wrap with light balsamic dressing. You can add lean chicken turky or turkey bacon.

Snack 1/4 cup almonds with 1/2 cup yogurt

Dinner Beet salad with chick peas you can add lean grilled chicken. With basalmic or lemon and olive oil.

Fitness 30 to 40 minute swim or stay with your regular routine.

Focus : Cleaning out the closet of old wounds to heal and make room for new memories. Whatever is holding you hostage from moving forward let it go.

Friends make ammends with someone give the friendship a second chance and heal from whatever has kept you apart.
