Hern Heating and Air

This is a full time position, we do not lay off during slow periods. We are currently seeking individuals with the following qualifications.

-3+ years experience in the HVAC field
-Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC equipment
-Perform maintenance and service on HVAC equipment
-Experience in both installation of A/C and ductwork systems
-Experience using Service Titan a plus
-Inverter Systems knowledge a plus

ALL candidates must:

-Exhibit attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
-Possess ability to positively interact with clients and provide them with the best service possible
-Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
-Honesty and Integrity in all aspects of your work
-Team player
-Have valid social security card, driver's license and a clean driving record
-Agree to a background check

We offer 5 PTO days after 90 days, 10 PTO days starting year 3 and 9 paid holidays.
