Ok so I was slow getting to upload the August Herbal Open Forum. We talked a bunch about where energetics comes from and the idea of directional herbs. Also delved into parasites and autoimmune disorders. Sound crapped out and cut things short. I'm excited to say that once again Saint Petersburg has free acupuncture at the https://www.sunshinecenterfriends.org/ . It is available the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 10:30 Am to Noon (that may expand as demand/support grows. Way back when two very talented Acupuncture Physician's Chris & Eran started the process for as long as they were here. now I am happy to say a graduate of the Chinese Herbal program Matthew Mann of https://stpaim.com/ has gone on to finish his PhD and put forth the effort to work with the city of St. Pete to provide the space. I look forward to helping tomorrow and as often as my schedule allows. This is community style acupuncture that is done while comfortably sitting in chairs and does not require you to disrobe. We do recommend wearing comfortable clothing like shorts and Tshirt. Be sure to eat something before coming. Although there is an endless number of things acupuncture can be effective for, this style is very well suited for Pain and stress. But can help with both chronic and acute conditions, autoimmune, digestion, sinus and so much more. No appointment needed just show up and bring a friend! We do ask that you avoid perfume/cologne before coming since many people have chemical sensitivities. Treatments take about an hour or less depending on how busy it is or complex the issue is.
