Neurosomatic Therapy is a clinical massage practice that begins with a very detailed postural analysis.
We use a tool, similar to a protractor you might have used in math class, and measure the angles in your body.
We record all of this information in your chart and begin to build a customized program for treatment to help your body move towards a more balanced alignment.
Shoulder injuries can lead to compensatory movements or altered posture, placing extra stress on the neck. Additionally, traumas in other areas, like mouth (TMJ) the upper back, or hips can create muscle tension and imbalance, leading to neck pain. Treating both the pain and its underlying causes is essential for effective relief.
IMT technique is a holistic healing approach that involves integrating various body systems such as anatomy, physiology, and psychology to thoroughly addresses the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. The goal is to promote healing a a cellular level. Manual therapy is key, addressing multiple systems simultaneously for comprehensive treatment.

We offer private Pilates sessions for two. You and your friend will be guided through a Pilates session specifically designed for you both and taught by one of our highly qualified Kane School certified Pilates instructors.

The Oov can be incorporated into Pilates training, physical therapy sessions, and a yoga practice. Our clients are always amazed at how much the Oov helps them reach their goals.
When you begin to feel the difference and are in less pain and feel more freedom in your movements we are just as excited as you are.

What is your favorite Pilates exercise? You know, that one move you love to hate. The one that is the most challenging but you feel totally awesome when you get it done.
Do you experience painful sensations in the groin, or hip?
A tight iliacus muscle could be the culprit. This muscle is often strained during sports or activities that involve hip flexion. Additionally, individuals who sit for extended periods may also experience injuries as the muscle adjusts to being in a shortened position for prolonged periods. This video will show you how to specifically target stretching the iliacus.
