The City of Pinellas Park Building Development Division will kick off Pinellas Park Clean Up Day by issuing FREE PERMITS to Homeowners Monday, March 4th through Friday, March 22nd. These free permits are for projects such as fences, roofs, decks, and alterations. The permits are free except for the small state fees that must be paid.

Residents are encouraged to contact the Building Development Division for permitting requirements. In some cases, plans and other preparations can be made prior to making the trip to apply for a free permit, thereby saving time and/or multiple trips to their office.

The permit office is located at 6051 78th Ave. N., Pinellas Park, FL 33781 and will be open Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. For more information, call 727-369-5647.

That's a wrap! Icon's largest project to date. We were the Owner's Representative for the Jacksonville Housing Authority's $16 million renovation of their 15 story, fifty year old apartment building in downtown Jax. A masterful 15 month building effort beginning at the top of the tower and refinishing EVERYTHING all the way down. New windows, air conditioning, elevators, kitchens, appliances, paint....everything!

Fun Fact: You can't buy 182 identically matched appliance sets from any manufacturer in America right now!

The entire project was executed with never more than 3 vacant floors. JHA Management moved residents off of lower floors to the upper floors as they were completed to minimize tenant displacement.
