While normal seasonality is playing a supporting role in the turnaround, the lead actor has been the sharp fall in mortgage rates in late-2023.

2023 put many on the sidelines to watch the increased rates and low home inventory. In 2024 we are seeing positive changes to both. So the question is "Why Not Start Now?
