A tip for those attending class today…don’t wear bulky clothes. Instead dress in layers. The balls are more affective on skin or as close to as they can be. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

I’m not ready to have the sunshine leave us quite yet but I do love how cozy the studio looks on these rainy days 😍.

When the studio door is left open a certain someone likes to come in and make herself comfortable and then always a quick little mirror check. 😻

Before hitting the road for the 4.5 hour drive home I decided to climb these bad boys a few times to give the body a little movement to battle alll that car time.

I got to spend the most magical day at farm at a workshop with Katy Bowman of . We started the day by warming up our tools of the day…our bodies!! Then moved on to experience harvesting wheat from start to finish. Field to table! We ate amazing food from our bounty in the most breathtaking area. Can’t wait to get home and bake with all this amazing flour I got from the farm.

Listen. I might have gotten sucked into Amazon prime day. You might end up looking like a giant bug. But I gotta say….this eye massager is actually pretty dang relaxing. You can give it a try at your next stretch session.

I have this wonderful stretch client from the Ukraine. We were talking last week about food (big surprise 😋) and honey came up. She said I must try Russian honey, she bring me some…..I kid you not I think this is ten pounds! 😆😆😆 She’s the best.

NEW BIKE DAY!!! I get pretty sentimental over bikes and this one holds a special place in the ol heart for me because it was built by my very favorite people, my friends at . Especially my buddy who took endless texts from me showing him the new pedals I picked, or asking his opinion on oh I don’t know…a million things!! Nate thank you so much for making this first bike build so great and I’m so grateful for all the time you came in and put into it. This is why you buy local friends!! The extra care you get is priceless!!

Not mad my day ended early so I could ride the long way to go get my beloved ❤️ Fits so perfect in my bottle cage. ❤️
